She had her mother around for a very long time too, who blamed Edward for her "Bertie's" early death, never forgave him and IIRC always referred to Wallis as "that bloody woman".
He died from lung cancer, so she should have blamed whichever tobacconist sold him the cigarettes. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Everybody in there's trying to flog something, or promote something, so why are "the crowd" being asked to pay to enter (£13/adult, weekday). With the money saved by not going one could actually BUY something useful instead
We have been once, but it was several years ago when we blagged free tickets from MSEWe bought a new table and dining chairs. Hadn't gone there with that in mind, but they were needed.
I'd wanted to look at the "house" full of new ideas etc, but I wasn't able to stand in the long queue to get in there, and didn't have the nerve to go straight to the front and explain I couldn't queue because of the ME (I was fairly all right as long as I could keep walking slowly - standing in one spot is much more difficult.)
I did see a "bathroom" where the water from the washbasin went into the cistern to be used for flushing the loo. I thought that was a great idea.0 -

I've got that system!Water from the basin, bath and shower gets reused.
At least it did. It's gone wrong and is using fresh water again.
Another thing to have to try and find a tradesman for.
It needs an electrician. The pump's stopped.(I just lurve spiders!)

According to Wikipedia, it was a coronary thrombosis that finally saw him off - although he suffered from various conditions associated with smoking, he certainly had had lung cancer and his left lung had been removed about 4 months earlier.0 -

It would encourage people to wash their hands if they knew there's be no water for a flush if they didn't!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

If there's no grey water it automatically uses fresh water, have no fear.
Similarly, if there's too much grey water and not enough flushing going on, the excess grey water gets diverted to the sewer.
But to do all that, it needs a pump. Which is now an ex-pump.(I just lurve spiders!)

The palindrome of pump is pmup. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

This is weird, because there's a pump discussion going on on another thread, but those pumps are the shoes!
