I caused great embarrassment to my youngest son. The cafe had a sign saying "Tell us about your allergies." Apparently, telling them about my hay fever was BAD.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Are you in Brussels or turmoil, and is there anything I can do to help?

Oui, I'm in Brussels. And also in some turmoil (but nothing serious). Basically I need to put my Big Girl Pants (I do so miss LIR) on and be brave. Or maybe more accurately keep them on as I've been trying to pretend I'm brave and grown up for a little while already.
I'm fine. But I'll be better when I can stop trying to be an adult again! :)

Sometimes, the wisdom of Lir is just what you need. In fallow times there is always the rest of us. What is the issue? providing it is not interior design I am willing to put my thinking cap on. Oh I just remembered I have a brain injury. I wont be offended if you try me last for wisdom.

My guys worked for 15 months restoring a house without falling out.

When the family moved in and asked us to build an enormous flat packed jungle gym they all fell out. Ended up with one person building it as the others went home sulking then wouldn't help again. Took him over four days.

Wisdom is all about the heart, not the brain. You'll be fine. :)
