Just as I want to go to bed, someone calls......This is going to be a long one.

Video call: I hope you are dressed!

When my phone rings I'm to busy trying to grab the phone and slide to answer, before the caller rings off, to take screen shots before answering!

I was just getting re-dressed when it rang.

Screenshotting = 2 seconds. I'm actually in the habit of doing it quite a bit, so I have a note of who I've spoken to and when, compared with notes I've made, before it disappears from the call list.

Because my phone is so old, (not a smart phone), I don't understand this! :(

Also, missed the screenshot CK took, so am even more baffled! :D

You maybe need to consider your health and wellbeing more. It's a bit overly-heroic to take a work call after 11 at night that then takes well over an hour to deal with. It's not unreasonable to refuse calls at that time, and people will be able to work round that.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Good news on the news .....

Funding's been provided to DOUBLE the patrol that goes along the coast checking what people are up to, policing the borders.

Yep, doubled. The money's available to hire one extra officer to do that :)
two-person marine unit patrols a 90-mile (145km) stretch of coast for signs of people smuggling, with the power to board vessels 12 miles (20km) out to sea.

Well yes, on the face of it, but if the calls are from places in different time zones, that might be difficult to put into practice.

Nope, a musician in need of something :)

I find that it's the main problem with using my personal Facebook for work.

Calls that late at night aren't uncommon, but I'd prefer to deal with it in the day if possible.

I'm taking to switching my 4G/wifi off before I go to bed now, and probably should do it earlier than that. This has been common for about the last 6 months.
