Why hasn't the moon moved tonight?
I noticed it earlier .... and it's now brighter, but still in the same place... not sure when I saw it earlier, maybe 2 hours ago.
It's supposed to move.

It is very often Benelux, Germany Scandinavia or the alpine democracies. Why the heck is it never us that has the good ideas (or carries them out)?Is it Denmark or Holland or Germany where they have special playgrounds for the elderly? Not joking now. They've been shown to improve physical and cognitive health.

I do agree that sometimes validation is what is required rather than explanation or solution.
On the other hand, if someone is 'suffering', it's hard not to try to alleviate that suffering by looking for a solution.
It doesn't mean that the problem is being trivialised, or disbelieved; quite the opposite.
If I knew you in RL, Pastures, I'd offer to do the approaching/talking/letter-writing for you.
