Swedish entry very good. Stands a great chance of winning but please don't listen to me if you are thinking of betting. My favourite though was Portugal. What a lovely little song. I have no idea what he is singing about though. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Why hasn't the moon moved tonight?
I noticed it earlier .... and it's now brighter, but still in the same place... not sure when I saw it earlier, maybe 2 hours ago.
It's supposed to move.

Careful PN, conspiracy theorists may be reading this.
I wonder what effect it would have on tides if it did go on strike. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Oh buggah, that's me, isn't it! Somebody posts a problem, and I automatically look for a solution. That one is rejected, and I'll look for another.
Honestly, my personality type is Adviser. I just can't help it! Sorry, PN.
And thanks for pulling me up, Michaels. Don't hesitate in future.

Is it Denmark or Holland or Germany where they have special playgrounds for the elderly? Not joking now. They've been shown to improve physical and cognitive health.
Are we the only place north of the Danube that thinks we're too poor to afford that?

I do agree that sometimes validation is what is required rather than explanation or solution.
On the other hand, if someone is 'suffering', it's hard not to try to alleviate that suffering by looking for a solution.
It doesn't mean that the problem is being trivialised, or disbelieved; quite the opposite.
If I knew you in RL, Pastures, I'd offer to do the approaching/talking/letter-writing for you.

Presumably there wouldn't be any tides.
More worrying is what it might do to physiological systems.
Not to mention the eradication of Easter!
And then there's romance. No more reasons to wander out into the garden at night, hand-in-hand..................
