How did you get this for £17 per month?

Raised a complaint and exhausted the solutions offered by the Indian first line call centre. I was persistant about the complaint and complaint case ref was issued. I was then transferred to Three UK customer relations and discussed what I needed, why and the issues with Three's proposed solutions.

    A
    AYCE minutes
    AYCE texts
    AYCE data (12gb tethering limit)
Free calls to 0800 numbers etc
£20 / month for a 12 month sim only plan.

Same here -- I'd previously called a few weeks back to get my pac code and wasn't offered anything close

It appears the words "vodafone 20GB" have scared them and they're now offering deals to ex-oneplan customers :-)

The funny thing is I could have taken the £20 200 mins/ayce bundle but some months I go over... and couldn't face the hassle. So saw this and decided to stay.. Will cost three very little extra (for me) and has secured me for another 12m.

Oh and may have saved my sanity.. I was struggling to not go with vodafone as that deal is a stonker. Especially if you consider spotify etc. But I had bad experiences last time. both customer service/billing and actual 3G coverage...

    Me to.

Apart from data coverge I had numerous additional charges that I wasn't expecting. That's the reason I block out of allowance spend to avoid premium text scams and the like. Voda still don't offer this facility as far as I know.

Vodafone offer the most comprehensive barring system from what I've seen.

    Called up today.

Got myself 8gb data (inc personal hotspot), AYCE Minutes, AYCE Texts for £18 today.

Not perfect, but seems to cover me.

Its for a 1 month contract only so at least gives me the flexibility of nabbing any future offers.

Yep I probably could, but unfortunately I couldnt get through to a uK call centre, which have been much more helpful in the past.

After being lied to by the 3 call centre rep about their rivals capping after 6gb - I elected to get my pac on principal.

I called them 3 times today trying to get the deal for unlimited every thing for £20 but they would not budge...Well done for those who got it.....and they kept lying to me saying no one got that deal and obviously they hammered all offers from their rivals including the 20 GB deal from vodafone
