πππ³π³ππ doc tried telling me it was the opposite ankle I was having done π³ it was there on the notes - so had to be true π³. He did go back and look at the referral letters and conceded I was right it was the opposite ankle π He wasnβt happy and said heβd follow the paperwork up as it shouldnβt have happenedβ¦..but it was the doctor that was on the phone a while back whilst I was there so could have been him or could have been a simple admin mistake. He then got very excited when Iβd told him a condition I have ( should have been in the notes) ππππ said heβd never seen it in real life and was asking me lots of questions then his camera came out and he took photos of my eyes. I always smile when I have doctors looking into my eyes with a smile. ( thereβs a side effect which shows in my eyes π) Β He was lovely after the initial stand off about where he was sticking the needle.ΒJanuary spends - Β£587.581

What a difference with the injections. The swelling has gone down but itβs pretty bruised and there are 5 punctures where heβd stuck needles. Iβve been Googling exactly what heβd done - Iβm not surprised it was as painful as it was. But early signs look good π Whilst we were away I bought some heat pads for my sore armβ¦.thatβs made a difference too so it looks like I just overdid things when we did the bedroom. Iβll carry on with them for a couple more days π There were packs of different shaped padsβ¦.the ones I bought were supposed to be for tummy pain - there were 2 in a pack of those but shoulder ones only had 1 per pack. The heat pad doesnβt know itβs only supposed to work on tummiesβ¦.2 for the price of 1 and jobs a guddun ππ
Iβm going to pay my cc again today to clear my spends off and I might even do some crafting. Β I bought a ring to make crochet a wreath at a craft shop whilst we were away so Iβll trawl my wool and patterns. So if it turns out ok Iβll have a nice Christmas wreath for Β£3.50 πJanuary spends - Β£587.580 -
Glad to hear all was well with Millie.
That does look like a fancy pigeon of some sort. Someone will be missing him/her.1 -
Iβve started a crochet wreath. Not sure what itβll turn out like as Iβm melding a few bits from different patterns. Itβs taking forever though. The last thing I crocheted was in chunky with big needles. This is on 3 mm needles. I have to stop after about 10 minutes and go back to itβ¦.so my arm isnβt as good as I thoughtπ
Just walked around to get some milk and pick up a prescription so Β£5 spent on milk and cold meat for Dh to take to work. So far ankle is working well but itβs only around the corner πTime for a cuppa before making pork burgers, salad and chips for tea.ΒJanuary spends - Β£587.580 -
Glad to hear that Millie got a clean bill of health milann, and that you've had the ankle injection even if it was painful. Hopefully it's settling down a bit now. the crochet wreath sounds interesting - I saw a friend had posted a pretty little christmas bauble string she'd crocheted on facebook earlier - I'm quite tempted to have a go at that!Βπ MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 π And now we go againβ¦New mortgage taken 01/09/23 π‘

The day started off well. The rain stopped and the sun shone through the window - lovely as it was it showed just how dusty my cabinet with ornaments was. Canβt remember the last time I cleaned it. Anyway I emptied the top, cleaned the ornaments and put them back- then I came to a standstill absolutely shattered. Anyway that was the start of my Pre Christmas clean. Iβm going to try and do an area each day. We go to dds the first few days of December so I want to have the living room ready to put the tree up when we come back π Tomorrow Iβll sort the bottom cupboards and see where Iβm Β up to with Christmas snacks π At least I didnβt spend any money.
im going to commit to putting Β£1 a day away challenge from the 1 st December ready for Christmas 23 πJanuary spends - Β£587.580 -
You've reminded me - we were going to look at whether we can make space for a small tree somewhere this year, as we're actually at home for most of Christmas. It'd be lovely to get some of our old decorations out again!Β The "Hebrides decorations" box will be coming out for use anyway - it'd basically full of little mini strings of fairy lights and small ornaments we've always taken up there with us - it'll be nice if odd to see them up at home!Βπ MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 π And now we go againβ¦New mortgage taken 01/09/23 π‘
