As I was going upstairs to bed last night my leg just went under me…..I’m not sure how I saved myself from falling down the couple of stairs I’d gone up…..very strange…..this hasn’t happened before after I’ve had the injection. I suppose this is why they say not to drive. I’ve taken it easy again today but it seems to have settled down now. I can only guess some of the liquid they insert was resting on a nerve. There have been more tapes put on the group family page…..some cousins and my auntie this time, and I’ve listened to the one that was sent yesterday several times again 😁
I had such plans for today but nothing other than a bit of knitting and watching Downton happened. I did phone a friend and spent an hour gabbing- we might try and plan a few days away 😁 her hubby is in a care home, some friends have asked her to go abroad with them but understandably she doesn’t want to leave the country - just in case.
Nothing spent at all today 👍January spends - £587.581 -
Take it easy with your leg Milann - hopefully it'll feel better soon and you'll manage a better nights sleep.

My leg is much better today. I had an appointment in my local town to collect the insoles I’d had made from podiatrist. Dh dropped me off and I walked back….everything felt fine. I’ve been on catch-up tidying today. We’re going away for the weekend to a town just within Wales. There’s a model train show that we will visit for an hour or so and then visit the town. It’s very pretty - a river, steam train and horse drawn canal ride over a viaduct.
A bit of a spendy day today £30 on toiletries but everything has virtually run out at the same time😏 The shampoo I like is often on offer but I had to pay full price today 😳….was a shock to the system.January spends - £587.580 -
