I had an x ray. There mustn’t be anything obvious as they said contact my GP in a week. I have the prescription  now too, so will see if that makes a difference.
The man came out this morning about the leaky gutter…..I wasn’t impressed, he managed to break a little light we have by the front door 😏 looked at the gutter and quoted £120 to repair. He wouldn’t replace the broken bit but would seal it……sounded as if he was only going to silicone it…..so will try somebody else I think.

I had such good intentions this week……gardening etc. Not done a great deal other than chasing my tail trying to get to the bottom of my sore ankle…..so feeling proper sorry for myself - I’ve eaten my weight in junk today 😏 Hopefully my good work and walking at the beginning of the week will cancel it out. I was hoping for 3 losses in a row at SW 😏 don’t think that’ll happen.
This afternoon I managed to knock my coffee tin off the worktop. No …..the lid wasn’t on as I was making myself a cup to take out and do my flower tubs. Who knew how far coffee granules could travel…..twas quite impressive. So instead of a pleasant time pottering with my flower tubs- sitting on my stool like a little garden gnome…..I had to wash my slippers and sweep and mop the kitchen 😏 Ah well tomorrow is a new day 😉

I was walking upstairs and a cat suddenly appeared at the top of the stairs - we don’t own a cat. I screamed because it had made me jump - cat turned around and fled back upstairs in fear as I’d scared the poor thing. Dh came running to see what was wrong…..😂😂😂😂 Not sure which one of us jumped the most. Dh coaxed the cat down and let it out. I have no idea how long it had been up there as we’ve had the door open most of the afternoon. I ended up putting my full weight on my ankle in all the drama. I have been moving very gingerly all week….. so I’m back to square 1 not being able to put it down at all 😏 Anyway after all the excitement I realised it’s a cat from around the corner called Rupert….it often comes to the garden but Its never been inside before as far as I know……I’ll have to be careful it doesn’t jump in Millie and we end up with a stowaway on a weekend away 🤪😁

When we had a cat flap we woke in the night to find a strange cat in our bedroom 😱 My own cats were not happy and grumbling.

    Boo to the ankle 🙁
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

😂😂😂Rupert is a lovely little cat……he just totally took me by surprise by suddenly popping out from around the corner of my stairs 😂😂😂😂😂a bit of an over reaction on my part me thinks - but I’m very easily spooked. I’m just pleased he hadn’t settled on my bed or I’d have been sneezing all night…..I’d have known if he had 👍
I’m going to try and get the last of my pots planted up today……they’re turning into a bit of a saga. I’m quite excited that I have tiny baby cucumbers in my mini greenhouse 😁
