WW she would really love a dog or any animal she can cuddle 😂😂😂 think the compromise was a fish. She had 2 but luckily dd went downstairs first to find one hadn’t made it. They will be visiting the fish shop to complain…..she did everything as instructed. Water has been settling a week and drops of liquid she had sold her used as instructed….I thought the fish the shop recommended was a tropical but they insisted it wasn’t when I asked if it needed a heater and it was better than an actual goldfish……this one is yellow but not an actual goldfish 🤔January spends - £587.581

Fish tend not to like changing temps. So if it is in the living room during the day it is warm & at night the heating goes off & it goes cold. If you think of their natural habitat that is quite a dramatic change. As for not being in a heated tank that one is easy. Suggest she just puts her hand flat on the tank & if it doesn't feel cold they are definitely lying. To test what I say - I have an empty glass in front of me that missed the dishwasher run, it has been here hours, it feels cold to the touch. If it isn't a goldfish but looks like one it could be a female swordfish, which is definitely tropical.0

Had a lovely catch up and Turkish meal at one of my favourite little restaurants. I’m currently sitting with a cuppa wrapping presents. I won’t want any tea so Dh is having a curry from his freezer stash 👍
I have bought stamps so my Christmas cards will finally get to a postbox tomorrow when I go out to SW. I’m not expecting a loss but hopefully a maintain 🤞January spends - £587.582 -

I’ve got that light up house but with biscuits in, bought one for Halloween too. I thought you’d acquired the biscuits from hotel rooms 🤣🤣 A retired work colleague had a drawer full of those biscuits that she’d picked up from hotel stays.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
