I know SA….annnnd I’ve had an email with a link for the meeting on Thursday for some reason it’s not gone onto my phone just my I pad. I could only get through to the meeting on my phone last time as my computer is old and won’t take the software….dh says he can’t put the software on my I pad. Not sure what I’m going to do. Will have to see if dh can do anything when he comes in. I hate technology when it doesn’t work….which is most of the time for me 😵💫
It was quite surreal with the light outside which looked as if it was going to pour down - felt as if I was walking through a tunnel. It’s a pity there is a damaged or diseased tree right in the foreground though Izzy.January spends - £587.581 -
I think it adds to it very atmospheric2

Phew - dh has found the email with the link to the meeting with school and HR in my phone. I searched the lady’s name but it was under a different heading 😳 I’d gone to panic mode by then and couldn’t see the wood for the trees 😳😂😳 He earned his tea tonight 🥰😂😂😂
I've just had a message from a friend who has a weeks holiday and isn’t going anywhere so she asked me if I fancy a walk and lunch tomorrow. I should be going to SW…..but ….there is a 7am one so I think I’ll give it a go. My body might actually go into shock though if I’m out of the house at 6.30 am. I’ve been awake every morning this week at about 4.30 as dh has been going out early 😳😳 I’m expecting a gain as I’ve had a cheeky few meals out this week - in between I’ve been ok - but I’m not going to miss it as if I do it once it’ll become too easy to wimp out and kid myself 😜January spends - £587.581 -
I love the spooky tree tunnel, it would be fabulous at Halloween 🎃Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I’d intended go to 7 am SlimmingWorld but I didn’t wake up until half past 😂😂Anyway I did go to the next one and I stayed the same which I’ll take with bells on as I fully expected to put on.
My friend came around and we went for a walk and had dinner out. I had steak, jacket and salad and a small brownie with a small rose to wash it down. We had a lovely day putting the world to rights. It shouldn’t be too bad SW wise either.January spends - £587.581 -
Good news you STS at SW. For it to work it needs to fit into your life so you don’t feel deprived and it looks like that’s what you’re doing. Glad you had a nice time with your friend.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1

There's no way you would get me out of bed that early unless it was for work 😀 a maintain is good if you know you have enjoyed yourself and like SA said it shows you can fit it into normal life if you need to. I've been starving today so I'm not sure what's going on, I was very naughty this morning and bought a Twirl 😍😍😍Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942

A twirl isn’t too bad OBL hope you enjoyed it. Could have been much worse 😉 you could have bought 2 😂😂
Beanie the only reason I even contemplated 7am was because dh is on a job working a couple of hours drive away so been leaving the house at 5am this last week….I’d been awake every other day this week…..including this morning.
I'm just whiling a bit of time away until my virtual meeting with work and HR. I’m surprisingly calm and know I’ll ‘be dismissed due to inability to work because of ill health’ quoting the letter I received. I intend to tell them how badly I think the last phase has been handled by school and they forgot I was an actual person and it wasn’t handled with much sensitivity!!! At the moment my big concern is getting the technology to work 😵💫😳😵💫😳 Wish me luck.
