We went to ds house and drove about 15 minutes to a place I’ve heard of but never been to before. The views of the big city nearby and surrounding hills were amazing. The photos didn’t do it justiceJanuary spends - £587.582

After our walk we called into Costco and picked a couple of bits up and went back to ds house for an easy tea. We came home and I went straight to bed as I was so tired…..8pm 😵💫😳😳 I’d intended watching vigil in bed but just saw past the titles before I was snoring away …..well that’s how dh tells it 😂😂
ive got an appointment at gps for a heart health check today…..and later a phone consultation with DWP……will see what the outcome is 😏January spends - £587.581 -

Beanie it went well in both cases…..my BP was actually better than I expected - it’s usually sky high when I go to have it done at a docs surgery. Both my BP and cholesterol levels were at the very top of the normal range - need keeping an eye on but not high enough for meds…(I wouldn’t take them even if I needed them - too many side effects for my liking)…been like this for years. DWP was pretty straight forward basically just me declaring I’ll let them know of any change of circumstances and telling them how much a small pension I claim is. Will see what the outcome is 🤞
Ive been trying to have a tidy up today….getting nowhere fast though. Dh keeps distracting me. But I want to finish my bedroom off so that we have a free day tomorrow to do whatever we fancy…..or not - without me thinking I should be tidying. It’s a year today I started feeling rubbish and ended up in A&E overnight and a year tomorrow since I had surgery. Feels like yesterday and a lifetime ago all at the same time 😳😵💫😳January spends - £587.582 -

Arrrgggghhhhh…..dh said he’d do tea. I made pork and black eyed beans ages ago and froze them in individual pots…some for me as they were made but I added extra chilli to dh. He’s just made rice and didn’t look at the labels which very clearly stated bork/beansCHILLI - which were meant to be his….I took a mouthful and nearly blew the top off my head….revolting 🌶🌶🌶 I wouldn’t mind but I remember having a detailed conversation about it. 😡😡😡😡 I’ve just put a jacket in for me instead 😡😡😡 I’m not sure if he just doesn’t listen or is forgetting things more often…..January spends - £587.581
