I feel I’m getting in a bit of a rut sitting in front of the tv so a meeting once a week closer to home where hopefully I might meet some local people seems very appealing atm. I know I can’t carry on as I have been and need to loose at least a stone.
I’ve just phoned the GP for a sick note and tried to get in touch with work but ended up leaving a message to ask if we’re any further forward and where to send the sick note as they’ll have broken up by the time it’s ready. Ahhhh….i didn’t know there was a difference between group pms and pms. So I’m of sure now.I went to sw this morning. There were only about 10 people in a big room so it felt very safe. The consultant was very different and lovely in a very different way to the last one. I’ve paid for 6 weeks and booked a weeks holiday half way through. That gives me 7 weeks. I want to loose about 18 lbs so hopefully by the end of it I’ll only have to pay for a couple of weeks. They seemed a friendly bunch and it just felt good to talk to some different people. I’m feeling motivated…..but I’m doing an afternoon tea for my friend on Monday for her birthday and Prosecco and cake will be involved……I’ll just have to watch what I’m doing for the rest of the week as I’d already arranged this.
