Ahhhh….i didn’t  know there was a difference between group pms and pms. So I’m of sure now.
I went to sw this morning. There were only about 10 people in a big room so it felt very safe. The consultant was very different and lovely in a very different way to the last one. I’ve paid for 6 weeks and booked a weeks holiday half way through. That gives me 7 weeks. I want to loose about 18 lbs so hopefully by the end of it I’ll only have to pay for a couple of weeks. They seemed a friendly bunch and it just felt good to talk to some different people. I’m feeling motivated…..but I’m doing an afternoon tea for my friend on Monday for her birthday and Prosecco and cake will be involved……I’ll just have to watch what I’m doing for the rest of the week as I’d already arranged this.
Other than the SW money I haven’t spent any money
Sounds good Milann ,I'm looking forward to getting started on Monday and I've joined the slimming world thread that Beanie mentioned. Good luck for next week we can do this 🏅

We can do it…..not rocket science just need to burn more calories the we eat…..that’s the basic rule of weightloss whatever plan we follow……simples 😏😂 not…..
So far so good today. Dh phoned to see if I wanted chips bringing in to go with the chicken we had - save getting the house too hot….bless….he does try 😏😄 I very graciously said no thanks I’d put some wedges in whilst the chicken was heating as the oven would be on already. I know why it’s so hard with him around 😳👍

My husband has a way of sabotaging my eating too.  Dunking donuts were purchased by him for him, my daughter and the grandchildren on Monday.  Needless to say one of the grandchildren wasn't keen so yours truly finished it off  :/.  Finding a balance between having a little of what I fancy while eating healthily 99% of the time is what I am aiming for.

I cringe a little bit at the clapping at our SW group.  Good luck with the 6 week countdown.  I have missed two meetings now (for genuine reasons) so my leader may think I have jumped ship.

On the podcast there was a tale of one woman desperate to be pinged by the Covid app so she didn’t have to go to weigh in 😂

July spends are now £257.85 as I spent on cordials, salad and cold meat. I had food in but it was too hot to cook or eat a hot meal.
I phoned work yesterday to try to speak to the headteacher. Apparently she was in a meeting 🤔🤔🤔🤔 the lovely secretary sounded quite embarrassed and relayed my message to her. He told me her answer which was ‘school have forwarded the paperwork and it’s out of their  hands’ I did wonder if she would ring back but she didn’t. Quite a sad end after many years of working there. The sad thing is a couple of girls I’ve worked with since they were in reception are leaving to go to secondary school this time round. I would have like to say goodbye and good luck to them. Anyway it’s probably best not to go into a school full of potential virus. I will make them a card with a crocheted butterfly on I think to signify spreading your wings and moving on……to wish them well and drop them off before Tuesday when they break up.
Ive done nothing all week except the bare minimum so I want to have a tidy up today. My windows are disgusting but that might wait for another day.
I got my appointment through for a steroid injection on 3rd August. Last time I had to isolate 5 days beforehand, no mention of it this time, just to let them know if you’ve been in contact with the virus etc. I might minimise my contacts for 5 days anyway.
