So today is the beginning of  my Jubilant July 🤞😀
I’m not concentrating on NSDs as I have tried to do in the past but if I get them it’ll be a bonus. Instead I’m going to record every spend as I need to keep within my target and not spend my emergency fund.
I want to get into a proper shopping routine…..it’s been a bit ad hoc of late. As and when with more thrown in for good measure.
Weight wise I'm just cutting down and writing my daily plan on here. I’ve worked out if I loose 1 1/2lb a week I’ll be where I want by my birthday at the end of September. I know I’ve set myself all sorts of mind games in the past so not putting any pressures on myself - it’ll be what it’ll be.

    Money
    NSD - don’t need anything

    Food -
    - breakfast - eggs on toast
    - dinner - home made minestrone soup
    - tea - courgette stuffed with bolognaise sauce and cheese
    - snacks - fruit and small apple turnover

    Exercise
    - will go for a walk later

    Positive thought
    - pleased if given myself a shake up to get things on track

😂😂😂😂 well yesterday didn’t go to plan. Revised plans for yesterday

    spends  - £13.50 😏😀

exercise - lovely walk in NT garden and along the pier

    food -
breakfast - egg on toast 👍
dinner - hm minestrone soup from flask, ham salad sandwich ( taken from home)
tea - cheese and onion pie, a few chips and beans from chippy
    👍😃 I didn’t have an ice cream - had a cuppa instead 😃👍

positive thought - I can be flexible and spontaneous without thinking I’ve blown my plans. I can note it and make adjustments 👍😃

it was beautiful weather and we’d been talking about the motorhome so decided to take a trip out to find out what was happening. The dealership is just in England by the Welsh border. So we carried on into Wales….called in a Trust National place to see if they had room for us. They’d had cancellations so we had a lovely couple of hours in there followed by a chippy tea by the Welsh seaside. The sun vanished though and it was low cloud and grey…..we couldn’t see the Welsh mountains……..ohhhhhhhh and the motorhome has been delayed until mid September because of production problems. I had expected this so although it’s annoying it’s not the end of the world 😡🤔

    Todays plan

    food
    breakfast - egg on toast
dinner - ham salad with some hummus
tea - courgette with bolognaise and cheese
    snacks - fruit, a biscuit

    spends - non planned

exercise - a walk and pottering in the garden

positive thought - slowly getting the garden sorted 😃

    total July spends £13.50

    January spends - £587.58

That's rubbish news about the motorhome. Can't say I am surprised though. We have seen several people now with delayed delivery dates.

It might be a blessing in disguise though. Maybe the mad summer traffic will have died down by the time you pick it up!!
