I hope you told the offending builder to 'put a sock in it' after he denied responsibility!
Your trip yesterday sounded nice - I am in agreement with you on the scooter though - no way you would get me on one of those at my age!🤣
Have a safe trip to DD's.

I’ve just come back from a lovely few days with dd and the gks. Beautiful walks by the seaside with ice- creams and sunsets, fish and chips or ‘chip ‘n’ chips’ as youngest calls them in the beach hut but best of all lots of Grandma cuddles and stories. The girls are growing fast although I can’t believe the youngest will be starting school after the summer......
I could have happily throttled dh though whilst we were there as he doesn’t cope well with a lot of people for prolonged periods of time.....nuff said on that subject 😳😡😲 all is well again now he is back in his own world 😏 MEN 😥😂😥😂
i was looking forward to seeing the garden finished by the time we got back. Some bits are great but we have a long snagging list......he is coming back tonight to have a look. I thought we’d found a good work an with this one......I suppose we should have made sure we were here to keep an eye.
im off to the dentist in a minute and physio tomorrow....I have a great social life 😂😂😂

Glad you had a lovely time. Mr SA doesn’t do well in company for long periods, he was the same before his illness, he can be very anti-social at times. Sorry to hear the garden work isn’t up to scratch 😩

SA he was just antisocial and downright rude at times..... At least dd is used to him and if I mentioned it to him he just couldn’t see it 🤔🤔🤔Yet other times he is life and soul of the party. I do worry about his moods at times and I’m not sure if it’s since he had a big seizure a few years back or if it’s age related or he’s just plain old awkward at times 😏

A clean bill of health at the dentist so the the planned infusions to build bone density can proceed once they send for me. I’d planned on a day of catch up tv to get my head together after being away but the tv is pixelating and catch up tv isn’t working. I think digital TVs are great when they work properly but we do seem to get a lot of days like today
A £4 spend at the bakery up the road. They do lovely bread and cakes but Morrison’s is the same distance they opposite direction and I can get everything there so tend not to go to the bakery unless I’m heading in that direction....which I did on my way to and from the dentist. I need to do some serious shopping but once I’d walked to the dentist CBA.....I’ll survive on freezer food tonight 😏 I also picked up a couple of books from the book swap hut somebody has in their garden for when gks come again - I need to go and pop a couple of books back in return.

Is it you broadband speed causing the tv issues? Ours never pixelates, but Netflix occasionally has a paddy!
glad you had a lovely break and that the dentist went well.
mine isn’t antisocial on the face of things, but more than a few days with the family when they come up and he’ll ‘check out’ with a ‘migraine’. A day in bed in seclusion and he’s ready to go out for a steak. It used to embarrass me, but now I expect it 😁
