I know I did too much yesterday. I got off to sleep ok but woke at 3 and I’ve been awake since - couldn’t get comfy as I ached everywhere- I feel as if I’ve been kicked around the middle. I weighed myself this morning and had put 1 1/2 lb back on. I wasn’t going to do sw zoom but suddenly decided I needed to stop feeling sorry for myself.....think how far I’ve come and enjoy the things I can do instead of getting mad at the things I still can’t YET. So I made myself decent 😂😂 and joined in zoom 10 minutes late. I couldn’t frighten the lovely folk by going on with a lockdown bed head 😳😳😂😂
I've just paid for 6 more sessions at sw and this really is it. I know I’ve said that before but I know it would have been more than 1 1/2 lb if I wasn’t checking in occasionally. I’ll have a couple of Easter treats tomorrow but get back on track Monday.
I should be having a good tidy up today. I usually do a spring clean when I break up from school and that hasn’t been happening since I’m not working.....but I’m not convinced I’ve got the energy. But I can’t go into Easter Sunday without at least a bit of a tidy.
So thinking back to when I came out of hospital- I struggled to walk around the house - I can now walk a couple of miles. I need to remember that 😁 it’s been a while now though and is taking longer than I expected to get the same energy levels as before.....but I’ve done it before and can do it again 👍
Take no notice of me 😂😂😂- just having one of those days. I needed to write it so I can look back when I’m feeling better 😏

You're doing great milann. Just read back over your diary at the things you've been getting through lately, around the home etc. Your walking will gradually build up - as you've written above, you've done it before and you'll get there again. 👍

Won’t be an NSD as I need to go to B&M for some kitchen roll. I’m completely out of it.
I've had a bit of a tidy up. It wasn’t that bad tbh.... I’ve always had a spring clean before Easter and it was bugging me I hadn’t done it. Dh has been a bit down in the dumps and having some peculiar mood swings recently. Think it rubbed off on me. Anyway he hoovered up for me.....completely out of my sequence. I hadn’t finished dusting and brushing any crumbs onto the floor from the chairs onto the floor......but I bit my lip and said thanks.....as you do when they do something 😂😂 He is really good at cooking and washing up but wouldn’t ever think of dusting....just don’t think dust I’d on his radar.Right I’m going to mop the kitchen floor and for today then walk around to B&M.
My daffodils have finished and my tubs look very sad. I’ve got some summer bedding but think it’s still a bit early to plant out...I’m tempted just to do it and cover them if a frost is forecast.....January spends - £587.581 -

I walked around to B&M and it was beautifully warm and sunny so I ended up going around to my oldest friends. We sat in the garden and put the world to rights over a glass of wine. It was just lovely to catch up. We are suppose to be going to a Micky Bubble concert in July which has been rolled over from last year. The room is booked just need the train tickets once we know it’s going ahead - fingers crossed 🤞January spends - £587.581
