😏 Beanie no wonder I couldn’t find them was looking for rainbow not ribbon. They’re lovely- comfy?I’ve had a lovely morning. I walked to physio this morning as I wanted him to see me after I’d used my leg rather than just getting out of the car. He is lovely and told me I’m doing too much and need to take walking at a steadier pace......unheard of 😂😂 Back again in 3 weeks. He’s suggested swimming which is what I’ve already planned when things re open.
I went into town which is around the corner from physio and looked in Asda - I got some more tops and 2 swimming cossies which looked ok in the shop but I’ve not tried on yet. The bag wasn’t heavy but I feel as if I’ve carried a ton weight back....feel as if I’ve been kicked around the middle again. I stopped and had a cake and cuppa sitting on a bench in town by the side of the river.....unfortunately there’d been a landslide there when the rivers were flooded a while back and the lovely seating area put in by the council a couple of years ago looks onto a scrap yard and all the trees, bushes and fences that screened it are still in the river.
I walked home along the river ( about a 35 minute walk) and bought another cuppa from a van half way home and sat on a picnic bench. Twas lovely listening to the birds in the sunshine. Shattered.com now. I’d planned an afternoon of sewing but not sure I can bend to use the sewing machine. A bit of catch up tv and rest then might have a go 👍January spends - £587.581 -
Everything fits ok and I bought a dress too.....I don’t often do dresses but at £14 it’ll do nicely. I think I might have to shorten the sleeves - they’re meant to be just above the elbow but is below mine 😏January spends - £587.581

I’ve just finished sewing the triangles of the bunting and am sitting turning them right way around before ironing them all 😳 I’ll do that this evening though as its way too sunny to iron things today. Not sure how many I’ll be able to do in one go though as I’ve only ironed a couple of things since I broke my arm 3 years ago.
I’m just having an half hour break then will head outside to look at the garden and plan homes for my new plants 😀 I’d like some new pots but considering how much I’ve already spent on plants and clothes this week I don’t think I’d better bother 😊
I put my new white t shirt on this morning and within 10 minutes I’d dribbled tomato juice right down the front 😲 I put it straight in the washer having doused it in Ariel and thankfully it’s come out unscathed. I was so mad with myself.January spends - £587.581 -
I decided to have aquick walk out this afternoon and planned on my usual cuppa watching the ducks before going in the garden. I heard a bit of a wicked laugh which reminded me of someone from work when I looked it was 2 teachers I worked with last year......so I’ve had the most lovely unexpected afternoon sipping bubbly in the sunshine with them.😁🌞🥂January spends - £587.582
