I’ve been painting buildings again - a factory this time and a couple of people for the railway. I’ve really got the bug to keep at it and get the garden back to how it used to be. My big bug bear now are the fences - next door have said they’ll help dh put new panels in. I want them doing before we put all the buildings back in place....dh keeps saying he will borrow the van from work but it hasn’t happened yet as it’s always full of stuff. This has been going on since last spring :o I’m tempted to get them delivered - might make life a lot easier. We have transferred a little azalea bush and I quite fancy making a miniature nod to a Japanese garden. I hope the bush survives as it’s quite pretty when it flowers but you couldnt see it from the house before. I planted my daffies too :D
I’d hoped for a NSD but had to spend a fiver on some topsoil to put in the troughs to cover the bulbs - lazy gardening :p
The garden is taking shape but as for the house......Milan creeps off nodding her head in despair. There is clutter in every room - targets for next week me thinks
SW has been on plan today - 2 days in a row so hopefully a loss next week.

New week so target update time.
    Last week I managed
2 visits to the gym :D
Maintain or loose weight :o - who was I kidding with that one
    at least 3 NSDs :D
    Reduce screen time :D:D
Declutter sideboard :o - will roll this one over.

    This week I’ll
    Use gym membership twice
    Have 3 NSDs at least
    Maintain or loose weight
    Continue with reduced screen time
    Declutter - sideboard
    - glory hole behind my chair where I store my things (!!!!)
    - wardrobes
Blitz and clean living room and my bedroom

Some of my targets will be repeated until they become habit and some might roll over - the aim is to complete them in my Optimistic
    October ;)

Yesterday was a completely lazy day - very little done except a trip to Morrison’s where I spent a load of money on things I didn’t need - how many packets of chocolate do I need for Christmas whilst trying to loose weight - certainly not the 6 bags of chocolate I bought because they were on offer and I couldn’t decide which to buy :o:rotfl::rotfl: I like them all:eek: so I bought them all:o
Ohhh and I bought a tube of ORANGE SMARTIES Beanie - they’ve not made it to my Christmas cupboard. I had to explain to dh that they aren’t ‘just’ smarties and you need to suck them before crunching to make the most of the orange. I was good though and only ate about 6 smarties all day :) dh is now hooked :rotfl::rotfl:
I did cook a delicious roast dinner SW style all by myself without needing help to peel things so the op on my arm has been a success even though it’s aching like mad today.....I need to learn to be patient - now it’s improved loads I just need it to get really functional again - which could take a year at least according to the physio. I can do so much more now than before though :D I’m in awe of the doctors and the things they can do :T:T I’d certainly be scuppered without their help.....

Good targets for this week. I have found that I get fed up of seeing the same jobs on my list and so just get on and clear it so I can tick it off, so it does help to keep a job on the list as eventually it will get done.

Lazy days are good and well done for only having 6 smarties :D Doctors can do so much more now - great news that you were able to cook a roast dinner.

Yesterday was my 2nd NSD this week and I sorted the inside of my sideboard- I still have to polish the top but it’s home to 3 vases of flowers that have lasted incredibly well since my birthday. Maybe a couple of more days left in them so I’ll do that when it’s time to throw my flowers out. I blitzed the rest of my living room :D including a small cupboard and behind my chairs where I sit and put all my useful :o:eek: stuff - (website police wouldn’t let me put the word I reall wanted to for stuff - feel free to use your imagination:rotfl::rotfl:) Surprising how much better it looks with things put ‘in’ the cupboard rather than piled on the floor between the chair and cupboard. I’ve polished a couple of brass ornaments and even cleaned the windows :D:A:A I tried using my bad arm but had to revert to my other as it was a step too far. But I did it :p
I’ve had a lazy morning as I’m having loads of trouble with my hip....why does trying to improve one thing lead to upsetting something else.....fed up.com
Just contemplating whether or not to start sorting my kitchen cupboards which was going to be next weeks target or have a lazy day.
