  • Hi all! Looks quite bright here this morning, a bit cloudy though.

Well yesterday was a lovely day for me:j 'twas a 'Big Birthday' so I was spoilt and pampered from the word go. The day started with a beautiful sparkly eternity ring and ended with cake and champagne last night - had lunch with my wonderful children and spent the day with them - just perfect for me, I just love having my family around me.

Today's back to earth with a thump though - I have an IT exam at 9.00 this morning  then shopping with DD - I have to find Dear Sis a birthday pressie (hers is on Saturday) and would also like to make a start on the Christmas stuff really, as I get fairly hysterical around the end of November if I don't get going early:o

Have a great day everyone. Hugs to those who need them and Catznine, the puppy is so sweet!

    Mrs F xx

Mrs Mix ~ sorry you have trouble with your neighbours, it's very hard , perhaps it wont turn out as bad as you think x

Good News ~ Mr frog spent the day phoning round looking for work and has got a job driving an hgv for a bakery. It is only temporary , but from little acorns..................

Anyone seen Shez lately  Will PM you later :A

Had my first Tesco on-line delivery yesterday. What a result. The drivers were brilliant, and I used vouchers from here to get £25 off a £100 shop :T Will definitely be using that again for big shops.

Need to clear up the dining room - had friends for supper and were having such a good time that the dishes were left  :o

    Have a great day, everyone.

    Penny. x

I'll be doing batch cooking this weekend ~ I've got two bags of mince ( although myself and the tadpoles are veggie Mr Frog isn't) and I'm doing cornish pasties, shepherds pie's, veggie versions of both of those and toad in the whole.

I do individual "pub sized" portions in ceramic bowls that I can freeze. Because Mr Frog is the only one that eats that sort of meal it's a real pain doing small amounts of mash and batter et.c for one , so I do loads and freeze them.:rotfl:

What a clever fat little Frog I am!

    xx

Thanks I know you were but sometimes it's hard
one of his things has been writing letters of complaint to the council and putting my name on them without my knowledge and then leaves me to sort it when the council get in touch. quite hard when I don't know what they're on about
