I usually buy this one but it has been a bit hit and miss over the past few months. The bread is usually stale round the edges and more dry. if you get a good fresh batch then it is great bread. I think it is perhaps how it is stored out the back.0 -

I would say yes to bread being stale by the way they store it outback.
My local Sainsburys has the same problem with its bread. The more I live, the more I learn.

I stopped buying Sainsbury's bread because it went mouldy after a few days. I don't have that problem wit Aldi.luvchocolate wrote: »Aldi...pulled pork, delicious.
Is that chilled or frozen?0 -
The pulled pork is chilled in a box, will buy again for when my son and his wife come for the weekend next month.0

Why don't you all just buy a bread maker and stop buying artificial bread from supermarkets? Aldi do a bread maker for £29.99 then you have fresh homemade bread whenever you like. It's so easy to do, it's a no brainer.
I haven't bought a loaf in years.0 -

Sorry, a bit off topic, but do you have a recipe. I have a bread maker and never use it as I can't make a decent loaf. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried the Aldi Moser Roth Mousse au Chocolat Sour Cherry-Chilli 85% cocoa chocolate - 5 individually wrapped bars?
Sounded interesting, but I found it quite unpleasant. The chilli completely swamped the other flavours.
Others may have a different view, perhaps?0
