Nuts in shells are BOGOF at my Lidls at the moment.
A portion of nuts for the purposes of health benefits is a handful per day.0 -

High in protein and low in fat, so good for anyone who follows a higher protein diet. It's lovely, prefer it to T*sco's. Which, ironically, was German-sourced the last time I bought it.0

Quark is essentially the same as plain Fromage Frais (£ 1 for 500 g at T), a bit firmer in texture but I've always substituted the comparatively expensive quark quite successfully in my cheesecakes. I'll check Aldi's quark out though.First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0 -

I did have to hunt for them though, as they are mixed in with other fruit teas with similar packaging - including peppermint. For nearly £2 per pack of 15 it is worth making sure you select the right product.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
