If you didn't succeed at resolution you failed, don't read more into a word than there is.If only you knew my story....then maybe just maybe you'd understand
I think you tried to explain it before, it was... interesting if I remember.
My point was just that some complaints (speaking generally) might be the customer's fault, and therefore no one will resolve those ones to the customer's satisfaction. Just look at the recent proliferation of "my contract ended" complaints.====0 -

Wow....
Some complaints are the customers fault ?
So when Vodafone start randomly taking money from your account, which bear no resemblance o the bills produced then MAYBE just MAYBE you can make wid statements such as that0 -
Well, I have been contacted by someone claiming to be from WRT, but didnt appear to be UK based.
They've been overcharging me by £10 a month since Sept 2015 and admitted that. But were only 'able' to remimburse me £50.
That's a no from me, then.0 -

Yes, not every complaint is reasonable and sometimes the fault can lie with the customer. So when Vodafone start randomly taking money from your account, which bear no resemblance o the bills produced then MAYBE just MAYBE you can make wid statements such as that
That happened to me, the forum team resolved it in 2 days, as I mentioned previously.====0 -

They aren't going to reimburse much more than 6 months worth if you've only noticed now (unless you are very very lucky and get someone in a really good mood to help you), even the ombudsman service will expect you to have shown some diligence of your own and will only allow overcharging complaints from a reasonable prior period.
To say you didn't notice it happening for more than a year and a ½ isn't really all that reasonable.====0 -

Well good luck to you...
For me, I had to go through directors office and make a complaint to my bank and the police.....because a simple error...could not.would not be resolved0 -

You got the police involved, did they take an interest ?0 -

They did actually, after I got my bank to reject some outrageous direct debit requests ( again Vodafone not helping on this )
I made a complaint and assume it was followed up, but I managed to cancel my account as I had reached the minimum term.
So I am no longer with Vodafone in any way, and long may it continue0 -

I've complained about the overcharge before, where we went though a process of taking a service off, adding it on to stop me getting charged, though LiveChat, CSRs etc. They didn't reimburse me then either.
And here we are again. Still getting charged. Still no resolution. I've flagged it with the ombudsman but I can't even get them to issue a deadlock letter, I just keep getting passed around.
The only thing I can do now is remove £2.5 to £3k worth of annual spend over the next few months, so I'll do that.0
