I have just started my second vodafone contract which comes with entertainment pack. I am so worried that Vodafone will just get another thing wrong that I am not activating the entertainment option which should be free. This is how I worried about touching anything on my vodafone account0

Vodafone have been charging me for Spotify for nearly 2 years, when it was supposed to be included in my plan. But every month you send me a charming text to say you've added an additional £10 to my charges.
All 4 contracts we have are up for renewal in the next 6 months. I've been a Voda customer for over 20 years, since I was a member of staff.
If you can manage to correct your mistake and reimburse the overcharge, I might not move all of these contracts to another service provider.
You didn't think to read back a few pages and see how to actually make contact with the Vodafone forum team?====0 -

I would move the contracts anyway. You can see this thread is approaching 1000 comments.

Just give up and save yourself the pain
Because like many others have done, if you actually follow the instructions and behave in a rational manner it is possible to get Vodafone problems solved most of the time.
The Forum team are about the only part of Vodafone customer services that actually do seem to be efficient at their jobs.
They took less than 48 hours to resolve my issues that normal CS managed to create when I left Vodafone.====0 -
Yes, I got a response to a billing issue a few years back through the WRT team on here when all else had failed.
I'm reluctant to give up on them after being such a longstanding customer with pretty decent service up to the last few years, but any CS call to them now is painful. The only efficient thing is upgrades, in my recent experience.0 -

That fact you failed whilst many other people have been successfully assisted by the forum team would point to a singular problem in the equation.
I suppose the old adage of the customer being right has to have the odd exception every now and then, they can't work miracles when a complaint may have no merit...====0 -
