  • I am still of the belief that it requires people to start turning up at the Vodafone Newbury HQ demanding matters be resolved or they will refuse to leave.

I wish I had done that when I had problems.

Have people also not thought about going to the store and telling them what is happening and refusing to leave until the store sort it out? They are after all the public high street portal to this company.

I am very sorry but I have just tried to submit my query, since i have had to explain all the issues I've had it does not all fit on the form and I am only half way through.

Vodafone representative are you able to provide me with an email address, or if I can supply you with a telephone number, is someone able to call me back?

I have had no signal from Vodafone for a year and have made numerous calls and visits to store, plus an email to ththe Ceo and still no resolution :-( £37 a month down the drain, I really need to speak to someone who will get this resolved.

If you could contact me it would be greatly appreciated.
  • Hi Lee

I have submitted a form quoting WRT135 and MSE forum and my reference number is 12975127. Any help you could offer with this would be massively appreciated.

    Thanks

    Emma

Just spent ages typing out my issue as requested only to get an error page stating 403 Forbidden when I hit submit.

Seems like typical VF dealing with my issue for the last 18 months then.....
What I have seen on the actual Vodafone forum is that the error "(HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage."
  • Following my posting here and using the WRT115 reporting on 21/03 I received a reply on 27/03, within the 5 working days.
The reply was polite, apologised and stated that the monies taken had been credited to my account and I would receive a full refund.
After all the aggro over the last few weeks I cannot fault the manner in which my problem was handled once it got to someone who apparently had the authority to deal with it.

For the record, the agent Yasha tried to phone me, texted to say they would try again, left a voicemail and finally, emailed me to say what they had done, all over a period of about 45 mins. In my case the WRT115 system worked faultlessly.
  • Just complained AGAIN using the sticky. Ref WRT135 [#12988158]. Hopefully this will get picked up

I'm waiting to hear from the ombudsman now about my issue, having received notification that they are referring my "debt" to an agency - they have totally ignored my request for a copy of the original call which I am legally entitled to and my request for no further billings whilst the issue is in dispute.

They are still requesting £460 despite admitting this is an error and the bill should be £234 (although I am disputing any charge at all)

They are completely clueless - one had doesn't know what the other is doing.
They have tried to phone me this week but I was in work and have failed to contact me after 4.30 as I requested To be honest, I am probably going to refuse to talk to them other than to say it is in the hands of the Ombudsman.
  • Just filled in the vodaphone complaint form and my reference number is 13018298. I've had weeks of hell and stress from this company!
