    what a suprise to see Vodafone has all these problems. My wife went though the Ombudsman back end of last year and they still haven't fulfilled their obligations. My wife still can't get credit thanks to an incorrectly marked credit file by Vodafone. Keep getting emails from Ombudsman saying Vodafone haven't done what they said they would and there is always the small claims court. I think that is what they bank on but in this case they have removed the debt collection notice but not lifted the credit mark.
    Does anyone on here have any ideas or experiences?
    For a laugh I found an e-mail for the CEO, suprisingly that achieved nothing too. Unfortunately it seems our experiences with this degenerate organisation are extremely common.
    Disgusting really.

    I have suffered a few concurrent grievances with Vodafone, I won't bore everyone here with the details but suffice to say once my contract obligation is finished..never again, no more contracts for me and definitely nothing with them.


    Our of sheer frustration I have typed a lengthy formal complaint tonight and bombarded them using every method I can think of in the hope of grabbing the attention of someone @ Vodafone with any gumption.


    Anyway, for the attention of any official Vodafone staff dropping by, here's my Vodamoan references -


    13044612 / 13044635 and 13044642.


    This is following earlier complaints on 12765682 and 12766079.


    BTW you clever chaps at Vodafone you can't ring me because I presently have no service, hence the complaints....!

    I have for the last six weeks been trying to get a refund of a web order. I have contacted the social media email, twice, but get no reference number.


    Can you confirm receipt.

    Six weeks ago just submitted? I can just see someone there wading through thousands of orders and messages just to guess at which is yours. Have you followed the route explained on this web site to send a message which does generate a Reference number?

    Well, I didn't explain too well there. This morning, immediately prior to posting here, I submitted the (second) query to the WRT. However, I have had neither a ref number or an automated email reply.


    The route explained in the opening post, is supposed to generate a ref number, is it not? It is not for me. This order was not for a phone just an accessory from the website. I assume I can't complain to OFCOM about that, since it is not a telecoms product.
