    Hi I have set up a " Vodafone have messed us around too long, take action Group"on Facebook . If you would like to find it and join please , I expect if we are many in numbers they will take action .

    Activated world traveller service on 5th March 2016 whilst in Thailand (and received texts to confirm). Made several calls on 6th March between 10am & 12pm (UK time) and texted Vodafone to remove world traveller service on the same day. My call log supports this.


    Called Vodafone on Wed 16th March at 5pm as current usage on ‘my Vodafone’ shows timestamp of calls as 7th March (exactly 14 hours later than actual) and not under world traveller. Spoke to Morgan who said she was unable to view current usage. She called me back on 19th March at 12pm and said she was still unable to view current usage so I asked for notes to be added to your system to say that I am disputing this bill. She arranged to call me back on 2nd April which did not happen.


    Have since checked my new bill on ‘my Vodafone’ as a PDF which has the timestamps of the calls as 7 hours later than actual.


    My bill should be £11.50 + £5.00 world traveller + £3.00 Oxfam donation = £19.50


    Vodafone is billing me incorrectly for £61.03

    Vodafone are a disgrace I have spent 50 hours on phone trying to sort out an issue of them adding another line onto our account illegally I sorted it and have proof of text message and now they are saying this was an error and they are not honouring this I was speaking to someone in Egypt for 5 hours I have been called a liar I am going to start a petition against Vodafone this has made me Ill and is still not sorted so far I have 15 people that will cancel there contracts and Vodafone don't care they are robbing people I was told I would get a 500 pound refund as I have an extra contract I have text messages confirming this now they have said I am not getting this I have been in 5 different countries trying to sort this out and the service is shocking the way I have been treated is despicable the worse service and treatment I have ever had and after I thought it was sorted and have proof they have said this was an error and I am lying I can't get anywhere now I would advise everyone to leave Vodafone as they are the world's worse company and can get away with robbing people I will not leave this and have contacted the media I have proof I will ask everyone I know to leave they are despicable and should get charged with fraud I am going to the police tomorrow to see if they can help surely they can get charged if any lawyer out there wants to help please get in touch thanks

    I am getting charged for a phone line that has never been used and was fraudulently taking out by Vodafone they owe me 500 pound they confirmed this then lied and are still stealing from me 6 hours on phone In Egypt and they take back the money they were refunding me unbelievable honestly I have never been treated like this in my life they are rude and should not be able to do this it is fraud.

    I ask for people's names and extension number but you can't ever speak to them again as you go from one country to another honestly from Glasgow who were helpful but never phoned back as promised to Egypt who were rude and the worst service I have ever had.

    I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone for 9'years but they are they are despicable and the world's worst customer service ever I have spent 50 plus hours on the phone about a fraudulent line and charges I thought it was resolved as I received email and text to prove that but phoned yesterday spent a further 6 hours on the phone to Egypt and they took it back and said I was lying and making up stories I am shocked and appalled at the way I have been treated I have evidence I recorded the call, I have been promised call backs from manager's but nothing the y are taking back the money they had overcharged me unbelievabley although it is in writing what a disgrace of a company I have 5 contracts and all my family will leave to good the manage from Egypt said this company is a disgrace.

    Why does Vodafone get away with fraudulently adding lines and overcharging people it is one of the worse companies out there, Vodafone customer service is shocking. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone to try and sort out my account and it was sorted as I had it in writing but no after a 6 hour call to Egypt not UK but Egypt I was treated appallingly and they took back the money they owed me for a fraudulent line Vodafone need to answer for there mistakes
    I was a loyal customer of Vodafone for a decade I have 5 contracts and in November another contract was added without my knowledge and in total I have been overcharged over £500 along with a few bank charges amounting to over two hundred. Vodafone admitted there error after 50 hours of phone calls and would refund me the £500 and that a manager would call me to offer me compensation, I have this in writing and this mess that Vodafone created has left me in severe financial hardship, now after a 6 hour phone call to Egypt this offer was taken back I was told that I lied about it and I was so rudely spoken to with such contempt I was in shock this mess has left me Ill and in severe financial mess and it has yet to be sorted how many more hours and day's have I to waste trying to fix a Vodafone mess. I have been promised calls my management and this has yet to happen. Vodafone are a disgrace the customer service is appalling and Vodafone need to answer for there mistakes as it was fraud.

    My contract with them ran out Dec 23rd, I had arranged to have another from same date, with a seamless transfer at reduced tariff
    On said date I had no signal, called and asked why, they told me I was now on PAYG and not a contract!
    I explained I was not and that I had the chat log to prove it.
    They couldn't do anything as 'systems were down', told to call back in 3 hours, I did systems, still down, call tomorrow..I did...systems still down.

    In the end after being without a phone signal for 5 days over Christmas and hours on phone I decided to migrate to O2 even though I had a 'contract with' vodafone, that they hadn't fulfilled on their part.

    Despite more chats online and having them agree to cancel my contract with nothing to pay, I am still getting texts, emails from them and yesterday a letter telling me that my 'account' had been suspended.

    They are worse than useless.

    The I suggest you check your external credit files to make sure they haven't wrecked your credit history for the next 6 years too.
