    I have the same issue re: callbacks- Lee totally washed his hands of my complaint and Vodafone never me back. It's really shoddy practice to promise something and then not to do it.

  • I've just sent two forms over (resent first one as never received an automated email) and haven't had confirmation you've received them. My complaint relates to the fact that I closed my account in September 2015 and paid in full to close the contract down yet I have just discovered you have put a default for £99 on my credit record.

    Well here's an update, and it's good news! After months and months they've finally sorted my issue.

    Dear Richard,

    This is in regards to the credit file issue reported by you pertaining to your Vodafone account - 684616784.

    We have reviewed the query for credit file negative mark. I can confirm that we have removed the late payment marks and default noted on the your account - 684616784 and also settled the credit file as of 1st March 2016, in relation to the incorrect charge placed on the your account that was not cleared until 1st March 16.

    Please allow up to 30 working days for the amendments to be updated.

    Appreciate your patience in this matter.

    I have a complaint against Vodafone and at the beginning of the month asked for a deadlock letter, so I could complain to the Ombudsman.

    I was told by an advisor that it would be sent to me within four-five working days. It was not. Instead, I received a text message telling me to ring them, as the company needed further information. The message just gives a generic number, no contact person or extension, so this means I could be speaking to any random person who knows nothing about my complaint. Why should I waste any more of my time contacting Vodafone or indeed my money ringing it?

    I emailed the CEO and the customer relations team asking them to email me their request for information. Since then, I have had maybe three calls in the last few days from Vodafone. Each time I pick up, Vodafone hangs up. Again a waste of time and now verging on harassment.

    Has anyone else had this problem with Vodafone please?

  • Thanks for this mse. I've been massively over billed by them today (literally hundreds of pounds) and am desperate to resolve before the direct debit gets taken and completely screws me over financially. No joy on the phones. Reference is 12910316.
  • Disappointing that it has gone well beyond what was the quoted 48 hour time for a response from Vodafone - will have to wait.

    I called the customer service team today armed with every account number, order number etc I could and they still cant find my account....
