The BBC leaves out that which doesn't conform to the 'correct' ideology.
Business investment was found to have 'surprisingly' performed better than expected, but this is buried deep in the BBC news, but get some daft pundit or economist with nothing more than a projection of gloom, and it's headline news with establishment man Kemal Ahmed breathless with excitement. The public are nowhere near as daft as the MSM drones think they are.
BBC and others favour projections over day to day evidence that the economy is doing good.
Sky's Beth Rigby and Faisal Islam are equally biased towards the standard halve truths of the liberal orthodoxy. As you say, you get far angles from the likes of RT even though that has it's own bias issues.
A big proportion of Guardian commenters keep pointing out how narrow the liberal world view is, many of them incredulous the BBC / Guardian axis dare to frame more balanced accurate outlets as FAKE NEWS, lol, often these are the only sources of accurate punditry - for example they were much more sceptical of the received wisdom on Trumps chances0 -
Most of the time the media are reporting guesses and opinions from people who are not part of the Brexit process. Those guesses are then slanted or reported verbatum but remain guesses or opinions.
What we should be listening to, if we listen to anybody, are the spokespersons, Presidents, Prime Ministers or powerful friends of the leaders of the 28 members of the EU.
What they are saying however is just positioning statements and red herrings which mean very little.
At the moment the only game in town is the 11 judges who sitting next week will hear the Governments appeal.
Frankly all the rest is background noise.
That noise will continue until early January when the Supreme Court will announce its verdict.
Then the noise will change but still will be noise.
Frankly I am spending a great deal of time (but enjoying it) just speculating and guessing. Non of us know and we will not know except when things are officially announced. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

I suppose that's the problem though, if there's no clarity then the speculation will fill the vacuum. I keep thinking I'll stop reading about it, posting on it etc as we've no idea what will happen and it is all just speculation..... but it is interesting!“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Here is some more speculation

"Theresa May is heading for an 11-0 defeat when the Supreme Court justices rule on whether Parliament must approve starting Brexit, a law professor has predicted.
Professor Michael Zander QC said the High Court judges who ruled the Prime Minister could not act alone when triggering the Article 50 notice had given a “unanimous and very strong” decision."There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

maybe some good will come out of the situation : it will show very clearly how UK legal system doesn't rule in the UK0 -

Still no Bregrets...
68% of people think that Britain should go ahead with Brexit, unchanged from when we asked the same question in October. People who voted to Remain in June are evenly divided between those who opposed Brexit, but think the government has a duty to implement the decision and leave
I do not see why you are so surprised by this.
There are no Remainers or Leavers anymore. If there were a second referendum people could easily change their minds on an individual basis. For example some who wanted to remain might now favour leave due to the high handed attitude of the Eurocrats. Equally some Leavers affected by the falling pound or citizenship concerns might vote to remain. But we all know it is not going to happen.
Personally I have not changed my mind that we should have Remained but even I agree that we must now leave. So the poll is not a shock to me.
While I still think Brexit will have a negative impact on the UK, I believe that 10 years from now the decision will be seen as irrelevant. The EU will realign with more nations leaving.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

If I was trying to turn brexit into a toxic brand I'd be delighted at this news.
100,000 march on Supreme Court cancelled. Viva la revolucion.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/nigel-farages-100000-strong-march-9353183Leave.EU, the unofficial Brexit campaign group led by Farage and Ukip donor Arron Banks, said they had cancelled the protest for fear it could be hijacked by "far-right" groups.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Do they mean far-right groups like....UKIP?
I thought UKIP was far right.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

Hardcore Remainers all the time imply we've had a change of heart and the majority want now to remain, I read and hear it every day.0 -

You don't understand - again.
68% of people thinking that Brexit should go ahead - as things stand now, is quite different from stating the fact that a majority would now vote remain.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0
