Simply, I disagree with you, but neither of us actually know. I did sign the petition, and would certainly like at least one more referendum. I must assume from your views, you feel very confident that the first result would be repeated?
As to ongoing plans for the EU, I am sure my views diverge very much from the majority of posters on this forum at least.
A United States of Europe. For strength and ongoing prosperity, groupings of Nations, rather than retreating into Global isolation.
Totally agree. Cant abide the little Englanders who have destroyed our future due to their hatreds and just assume the 48% will just accept our fate. I also find it curious how the Brexiteers find it acceptable that we have a tory Govmt using state subsidy policies straight out of Labours handbook to keep big companies here at the taxpayers expense. Delicious irony....... We will clearly be having far more state intervention/taxpayer subsidies in future to shore up the economy.........but of course Nissan were offered naaaaaathing! Yeah right!0 -
US drugs giant backs post-Brexit Britain with move of global headquartersMallinckrodt plc (NYSE: MNK), a leading specialty pharmaceutical company, has announced that it will be opening its new Global Corporate headquarters in Staines-upon-Thames outside London.American drugs giant Mallinckrodt has delivered a vote of confidence on post-Brexit Britain by moving its global headquarters from the US to a location close to Heathrow Airport.
In addition, the company switched its tax domicile from Ireland to the UK in the last year.
Chief executive Mark Trudeau said the company had been aware of the potential risks of Brexit when choosing Staines as the spot for its new HQ.
He said: ‘The decision to locate our global headquarters here was undertaken with full consideration that Brexit was a possibility. We believe the other conditions overwhelm the relatively short-term risks.’0 -

did you vote to treat the people of black africa the same as the people of white christian europe in terms of trade and immigration or did you vote to treat them differently?0 -
Before anyone says this is a bit harsh - us Brexiteers have endured some years of abuse being labelled as thikco's and extremists.
The only years of abuse was the years of racist name calling and physical assault on minority's which we were close to seeing the end of, until brexit gave hate criminals some more wind in their sails.
Nothing to celebrate.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

The the way the whole thing Brexit has been handled from Boris Johnson getting Foreign secretary (!!!!!!?) to the white power brigade clinking glasses has been an international embarrassment.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Where has my hysteria meme gone?....0 -

Its a return to govmt interventionist policies........straight out of old Labours handbook. You get companies to stay here by offering favourable terms to guarantee jobs. In the event of harsher economic climate or introduction of tarrifs the govmt will subsidise the company with taxpayers money etc. It will be our main strategy going forward to stop Brexit turning into a disaster. The idea of an entrepreneurs based economy in future of low taxes is in reality a pipe dream of the Conrad variety. We are not Singapore and never will be. The delicious irony is that Brexit was mainly driven by right wing free market, shrink the state loons. The reality is that it will be made to work through increasing state intervention in business and the economy.0 -

hate crimes are despicable where-ever they occur.
however, the UK has the lowest amount of hate crime in the world and can proudly take their place at the head of the pack.
Only people full of self loathing and hatred for their fellow citizens, who wish harm to the all the people of the UK for narrow sectarian gain, would say otherwise.0 -

Dont draw parallels between two separate issues. The issue of globalisation and how its affected black Africa is a huge one. Besides when looking at such issues I would hardly regard you as having the interests of black Africa at the top of your agenda. You are just stirring the pot as usual;)0 -

one expects you to start voting tory now that you support their industrial strategy, as no sane person could vote for the dysfunctional, racist, antisemitic, Trotshyite, terrorist supporting, KGB/Putin supporting, private schools supporting labour party leadership.0 -
