    - the first parliament vote will be on the terms of the deal.

This would be like your negotiation parameters being given to a house seller in advance of your offer.

Do you expect Brussels to be publishing their negotiating strategy together with all their parameters and the pro's and cons therein?

Moves have been afoot for some time within the EU to move from vetoes to QMV. This fiasco will only hasten the process.

    Definitely better off out.

Nothing to do with this thread but have you seen the outflows from the Japanese Stock market.:eek:

Everything that is wrong with QE.

    Cheers.

Really important that people recognise just what a safe haven the UK is at a time od great uncertainty with regards China, Japan and the US. The EU has not been performing well as a whole and I think the risks are very considerable from an investors view.

You're a level headed guy, not nearly as 'boisterous' and over-excited as me about Brexit, but I tell ya, we are going to expand our prosperity markedly, investors will be drawn to the new vision of Britain.

What I was attempting to say and did VERY badly.
For the past four months MOST of the news has been Brexit
    Positive.
rubbish : there has been an avalanche of mainly false anti brexit propoganda.
That is the last 24/48 hours I thought I had noticed a slight shift.
OK if I was wrong no harm done.
I am trying to be objective as I observe the journey to Brexit.

Further, the fact that I live in Luxembourg seems to give some posters the right to bad mouth both the Country and me.
Perhaps confirming the feeling that SOME Britains don't like foreigners or ANYTHING foreign!

I see your attempts at being 'objective' lasted just one sentence.

Tri-Coloured English Wine from the English wine shop.

    The Bolney is £18/ bottle!

The craft beer/ English wine/ artisan cheese/ artisan gin sectors only exist to serve well off people. They're luxuries - not mainstream.

If people see their 3 for £12 offers turn into 3 for £15 they aren't going to be rushing for English wine. Buying an £18 bottle of wine to avoid paying an extra £1 on a £4 bottle of wine isn't much of an inflation busting strategy.

Fripperies would be the first casualty of cost saving activities. I'll pay more money for wine but my dog will have to make do with last winter's coat.

It's seriously deluded to think that details of our position will be known until negotiations are complete and a deal ratified between the two negotiating parties. It will then need to be ratified by parliament and the EU member states I expect. Such an even won't be taking place soon.

Oh is THAT why you post so much?

Then please explain how you (think you) know more than home-grown sources?

Why are you so angry and impolite.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

I can already see the disaffected brexit voting underclass flock to the finer wine outlets in search for UK produced palate pleasers. :)
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.
