If we vote for Brexit what happens

London and the SE produce most of the wealth which enable to fruitful live of those that live elsewhere.
they also recognise the large infrastructure costs and the long lead lead times to realise improvements.
people have always complained about high rents high house prices and poor infrastructure in London. This was true even during the period of declining population within London. You are not the first nor will you be the last
The popularity of London is not a cure its opportunity. Demand allows you to act in positive ways to improve things. The reverse is stoke or middlesborough or grangetown where property is cheap the roads are clear yet people are leaving.
As far as I can tell my best guess is that London is going to continue to grow, I feel without brexit London would have gone to ~2.55 persons per home and with it its going to go to ~2.53 persons per home from the current level of ~2.45 persons per home. So brexit does not do what you keep saying/suggesting it to do which is to make Londons problems go away and make million pound homes in inner London affordable for a new teacher or policemen
There is no quick easy solution the only way you can make London more affordable is build a lot of homes, move existing Londoners who dont need to be in London out. The hope of reducing London current +120k a year population growth towards +80k a year without EU migration isnt going to make London cheap especially if the brexit results in some reduction in new builds in London.0 -

There are no circumstances under which we'd be better off with Brexit than with staying in.
Therefore Brexit can only ever be about varying degrees of failure.
It is therefore the responsibility of people who voted remain to continue making their case for why Brexit is a mistake, to continue holding the leavers to account as the things which are already happening (crashing pound, soaring inflation, companies leaving, Govt rejecting additional NHS funding, etc) come to pass.
And to mitigate the damage by making it as hard as possible for the Brexiteers to give us the Chaotic Brexit they want to see - and instead working towards the best settlement possible for Britain - staying in the Single Market and Customs Union - keeping our citizens unrestricted access to the EU to work and live - maintaining participation in all the EU structures that benefit us.0 -

Just to put some of the hysteria about "soaring" 1% inflation into some perspective - US CPI reaches 1.5%....
......funny the American's aren't running around screaming "It's all the fault of those racist brexiters"...U.S. consumer prices recorded their biggest gain in five months in September as the cost of gasoline and rents surged, pointing to a steady build-up of inflation that could keep the Federal Reserve on track to raise interest rates in December.
The Labor Department said on Tuesday its Consumer Price Index increased 0.3 percent last month after rising 0.2 percent in August. In the 12 months through September, the CPI accelerated 1.5 percent, the biggest year-on-year increase since October 2014.

See have faith....all is not lost! The battle will go on and on. I have no intention of just accepting a referendum result based on lies and prejudice!
You're assuming everyone voted based on the campaign ran by vote leave.
I voted to leave, but not because of what they said. How many others are like me?
I'd be interested to see if any of those who voted leave on here did so because of the campaign ran by vote leave.0 -
Commons vote to ratify Brexit very likely, says No 10Downing Street has said it is "very likely" MPs will be able to vote on the final Brexit agreement reached between the UK and the European Union.
A government lawyer made the comment in the High Court and No 10 confirmed it was the "government's view that is being represented".
