M&S Switch voucher now £220

Has anyone had at least one £10 credited to their M&S giftcard yet? I opened an account in January, switched early February and got my £100 giftcard a couple of weeks later, but no £10 credit yet.
I checked the terms and conditions, but they have now been updated to the latest offer. I think I remember it saying that the £10 gets credited by 15th of the month?0 -

First qualifying month is the one after switch completes. Paid by the 15th of the following month.
So if you completed the switch in Feb and met the criteria in March you should be credited by the 15th April (tomorrow).0 -
I applied for the account on 4 Apr and then started the switch process on 20 Apr (ie. that was my first call to them requesting a switch). My switch date was 11 May, all has gone smoothly and I have opened the Reg Saver too.
But on the phone call on 20 Apr the lady told me about the £100 gift card but when I mentioned the extra £10 a month she said I was too late for that. I'm sure when I applied on the 4 Apr the offer was still available as I went via MSE and remember reading it on the page there.
So to qualify for the extra £10 did the account have to be applied for, opened or started the switch process by the date it was withdrawn?
I suspect with these things it is the date you apply for the account that matters - if so should I write or email them?0 -
Did you know that: M&S also give 1.30% back for your kids on all purchases ?0
