I have added two to the total today.
Started to make a ginger bread house I got for Christmas tasted the icing which was RANK so didn't complete the build. Nibbled one of the biscuits and that was pretty awful too so gave it to the birds.
Also decluttered some junk as I tidied today so that's another one to add.
Am hoping to iron some fabric and cut out a pattern too so will maybe finish that tomorrow.
The total is currently 42 / 500.

Everyone sounds as if they have been very busy!
I have finished:
Yarny things
long scarf - 1 ball of lace
Shawl - 4 balls of yarn
Sewing things
Crochet hook roll x 2
Razor roll
Apron
Makeup bag
Drawstring project bag
Magazine bag
So steadily getting through the material and yarn stash
Currently working on another shawl which will use up a few more balls and then I have some toys planned. Also thinking of making reusable face cleansing pads from some cotton I have to use it us and to be a bit more environmentally friendly.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
nimbo sorry to hear about the job. What an unsettling time for you but it does look like you will be okay. Sorry to hear the gingerbread house wasn't to your liking, mind you I bet the birds were happy.
greentiger I love the Morsbags. The pattern on the material is fab and so on trend now. No-one would expect that it is material from 25 years ago!!! Wow on the card making you have been so productive, putting the rest of us to shame lol.
Mrs MP sounds like the quilt is coming on great.
Rosie congratulations on finishing the cardigan and for using up the scraps on the cat (ha ha sounds more like something you have been feeding to him).
Right have done a couple of makes. First is a set of cards I made from one of the craft magazine free gifts. It wasn't until I was sorting out the magazines that I realised that I had bought this one twice. I am in the process of going through the magazines (one a weekend is my aim) and I will make the free gift or at least use it and then take out the pages I am interested in and get rid of the rest. Hopefully this will a) help my stash dwindle and b) get rid of some bulky magazines and leave more room to store stuff. Plus the benefit that I will have some cards in stock ready to use for various occasions.Misc Card for blog by Maisiecm, on Flickr

I also made a card for my niece's birthday which was my first time of using digital images and spectrum pens. I am no artist so I was quite pleased with the result.IMG_3398 by Maisiecm, on Flickr
So that is 13 makes so far this year (1 kit from my stash used and one magazine torn up and bits extracted that I wanted - actually 2 mags as they were the same :rotfl:)0 -

Rummer, you've been busy.
Masie, I love those cards.

@maisie - the fact it didn't taste very nice does me a favour. Needed a biscuit and am resolutely not buying them as I am trying to eat healthily - so really it saved me.
Don't think the birds like it. Haha doesn't seem it's been touched when everything else out there has been decimated.
The cards and other makes are all looking really gorgeous.
I have whipped up a pattern and a jumper today. It won't be winning me any prizes but it will keep me warm.
Also as I was putting some stuff away I came across a zip and some of the denim I was using to make pencil cases. Didn't need another - but I did make another one up - as the zips are never ending and denim was never going to be used for anything else. Threw the rest away so I haven't added to the scraps box either.
I am wondering what I should do with the off cuts from the jumper - if they weren't stretch Fabric I would definitely keep them - but I really have no idea what I would use it for.
I have today also removed one box full of stuff - and threw away the box too as it was cracked.
Adding 4 to my total. 46 / 500 so far.
