Popped into Sea Salt and picked up a few bargains plus a pair of linen trouser ( not such a bargain but needed).
Then bought a blouse and a cardigan, 30% off, for my holiday in a little independent shop in a very small town in the Shopshire Hills. The shop always has good quality lovely clothes so I always try and save some of my budget when I visit. £153.00 spent.
    £384 + 153 = £537

Sounds lovely Gem-gem, I'm sure your purchases will be well worn!

I wore the dungarees yesterday but didn't leave the house - they don't look too bad from the front but from the side

Oh well, they will be perfect for decorating!

I have a few new clothes things thanks to my family for my birthday - a new dressing gown, two pairs of sandals, a handbag and a clutch bag. I also have some money to spend although I might buy bits for the house with that.

Got lots of expense coming up for school uniforms and shoes, and also the holiday, although I have no intention of buying any new things for the holiday as I really don't need it.

Got a day off today so am going to try to get a little sewing done!

You've just reminded me of the days when I used to wear a body suit under dungarees....had to pre-plan going to the loo 15mins before i needed to just to ensure I got everything undone in time :rotfl::rotfl:

Hello everyone. Suddenly I don't have many clothes to wear and we're off on holiday soon. It's because I am the largest I have ever been, but losing weight is not an immediate option, so DH is taking me clothes shopping on Sunday.

Love hearing about everyone's finds and adventures.
I did a round of charity shops. Tried lots of things on. But came out empty handed. Grr!
Shame I don't live near MavvyMoo.

Morning all. Ended up not going shopping on Sunday as it was too hot, but as I had some appointments in town yesterday, I did some shopping then, both in new shops and charity shops. In new shops I bought a top, cropped cardi, two pairs of cropped trousers and a skirt. All perfect fits. In the charity shops I bought two pairs of cropped trousers and a top which will fit when I lose some weight.

Total spend £54.95 which I'll add to my total now taking it to £140.18 for the year excluding sports wear and underwear.

Bought a new exercise top and trousers today, I maintain I had to as they were yellow which is one of my favourite colours :)

But even my boyfriend allows the purchasing of new exercise gear so I think even he will be ok with it.

    Total £22. I love Peacocks.

Got a skirt for £3 (original price £10) in Sainsbury's yesterday. Bargain, plus it's hot and I don't own many skirts.
