I have been thinking about what I will need at some point. I have been wearing my casual leather boots to death as I don't have any other casual shoes/boots that are good in rain. They are all suede or canvas converse etc. Therefore I reckon they will need to be replaced come Autumn, I also possibly need new jeans but can hopefully get by with the ones I have for a while.
So I need to make sure I leave the majority of my budget till later in the year to ensure I have enough left.

Well done everyone for staying strong!

Well ive blown the no month spend :o

£3.50 spent on a new Ni*e gym top. But on the plus side it was one I wanted in a posh sports shop for sale at an eye watering £35.99:eek:

So cant complain and did say to DH he had to buy it for me so I didnt have to declare it :o But thought that was a bit of a cheat so owning up to it :rotfl:

If he bought it for you as a Valentine gift instead of flowers/chocs then it is not cheating. Hubby and I buy each other a little token present e.g a bottle of nice beer/ a paperback book/ a small packet of chocolate (hotel chocolate) definitely not more than £5.00

Gem-gem Good idea but I really did buy it DH would have got it had I asked but I only said it as I joke after really :o

So as I have explained to vintagegal I would only be cheating myself really. So I will take it on the chin ;) For me to have spent only £3.50 since early Dec is a bit of a miracle anyway :rotfl:

Whooo, couple of bids on my fleabay items - one on a pair of jeans I bought in NY which I did really like and can now get into more comfortably than not so long ago (more toning up than losing weight, in fact I've never been heavier according to the scales) but they have been in the 'to sell' pile for ages so it's time to let them go. Bid is less than I'd like / they're worth but something is better than nothing (sort of) and they've been to so many car boots I'd just like them de-clutterd from the house (seems they are not the right style for the car boots...they're 70's flare types and either customers want skinny jeans, or aren't quite the right size to wear the flares I'm selling)

Kerri Well done and hope the bidding goes up in the last few seconds ;) and you get what you want for them. I love flared jeans and have 2 pairs :D

Well done Ellie thats great keep it up (hard I know) :rotfl:

No other spending for me will try and keep it that way but its almost like. I have spent this month so might as well keep going :rotfl:Will try very hard and only buy what I love. In the shop I got the top they had a lovely Grey (my colour) Linea dress (my style) for £7 so am trying not to go back and try it on ;)

    Good evening all,
Have been to Bluewater tonight and spent most of my Christmas vouchers.
Bought pair of jeans and 3 pairs of socks. Still have £13 left of Fface vouchers and £11 m&s voucher. So budget still intact.

Hello all I hope you are not out buying clothes :rotfl:

Went for a mooch round the town this morning and ended up not buying one thing :rotfl:Only opened my purse once and that was to pay some £2 coins into the Bank :T

There was loads of clothes on the £1 sale rail but nothing I loved enough to buy. Couldnt even be bothered to walk to the other end of town to my favorite shop so went home instead ;)

So still on £3.50 for the year ;)

Still nothing bought this year and that includes DH and the kids too. I find the best way is not to look - it makes it all very easy.
