    Hi all.

Been doing SW this time since June, and as of Christmas Eve Eve had lost 1 stone 10 lbs and got my Club 10. It had been really slow going due to medication changes and the fact that I can't do much exercise due to disabilities. I am hoping to get a bit more active in the New Year, though.

Then Christmas happened. Weighed in this morning and have gained 6.5 lbs  :rotfl:

Anyway, I am now 100% back on plan - and back to basics - and hope to have lost another 14 lbs by the end of February.

    Today's food:

After weigh in: Apple, 2 satsumas
Brunch: Bacon, mushrooms, tomato, scrambled eggs, baked beans
Mid-afternoon snack: Mug shot (1 syn), apple, orange
Dinner: Jacket potato (1.5 syns butter), mushrooms, chicken curry (leftover - 4 syns), yoghurt
    Snack: Hi-fi bars (HEB)
Drinks: Tassimo cappuccino (2.5 syns), vimto, tea (using milk as HEA), gin & slimline tonic (2 x 3 syns)

Total syns: 15 syns (not bad for NYE)
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

It's been a very strange and different festive period this year being in Cambodia, but also very lovely!

Not gained over the last week, however not lost either. The resort we are staying is heavily focused on fitness and been doing lots of workouts and skipping! Apparently 10mins burns 150 cals, so been skipping my little heart out! :rotfl:

Thank you for the lovely new threat Shala
I would like to join in the Challenge, I'm saying 8Ilbs

My resolutions this year are to keep up this newly acquired fitness drive and to stop drinking as much Diet Coke!

Having a day off today, sitting sipping a beer on the beach with DH just now thinking how lucky we are! Hope everyone is safe and not had too many weather miseries!

    Here's to 2016!

Happy new year! Welcome MrsBunny and welcome back everyone else. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone else new! :o

    Today...
Breakfast - Weetabix and coffee (A/B)
    Lunch - Chicken salad
    Dinner - Fish and veggies

Now I have to pop down to my local supermarket (luckily they're open today) as one of our fridge door bins snapped. It's a really clean break, so figure a bit of superglue will be a good enough fix maybe permanently, but at least until I can track a replacement down. Would just take it out but it's the deep one we use for the water filter which doesn't fit on any of the shelves!

OOoh - hello! -:hello: I'm a newbie to this thread - but sadly not to SW!:rotfl: I have ended 2015 lighter than when I started - but only by about 3 or 4 lbs. I'd really like to give myself a big kick up the b*m this year and do it! My birthday is the first week in March and I've set myself a goal of 14lbs for then, so I may as well see if I can do it a few days early! So........ 14lbs for me, please.

My weigh in on the Tues after Xmas resulted in a 1.5lbs loss :D (no idea how!) but NY has meant even more sweet treats and waay more alcohol! However, I shall be using my new fitbit to motivate me to move more and have 4 children whom I can foist most of the (many, many) remaining chocs etc on :)

    Good luck to all :)

Had a hankering for Diet Pepsi so bought a couple small bottles so had a drink to see new year in (teetotal). Now not had a fizzy drink in years, had 1 sip and had trouble swallowing it . Couldn't believe how fizzy it was, struggled to manage 3 mouthfuls before giving up :o will try again when it's gone a bit flat. Used to love Pepsi :(

Gonna 'try' a normal food day :p, son working tonight so having a roast later. Bit sick of crisps and dip, even more sick of chocolate (did I really say that ) need normality :o

Happy New Year all, here's to staying on the wagon ( or tank as dear old Dizzy used to say).

Hoping our dear dear green friend is still reading, we don't half miss you my friend :A

Welcome Mrs H! I just saw on Instagram that 2.5lb/week is 130lb in a year so that would be a good aim! May be a little high as you have less to lose, but hopefully you'll have larger losses in the beginning to help out the average. Great first day menu as well!

TIE, I had the same thing when I had a fizzy drink for the first time in months. I wasn't purposely avoiding them, just didn't feel like one in that time. Think I managed two sips - way too sweet!
