evening all,
tough weekend; Littlie had a party Saturday and out of convenience I had far too many carbs = major syns!
Sunday was better though not perfect. I did however clear the grass and mow it and deep clean a few rooms.
Today:
breakfast: HeB porridge plus milk (most HeA)
2 cups of tea (milk from HeA)
lunch: pasta salad (pasta, chicken slices, beetroot, pickled onions, mint sauce)
tea: two hard boiled eggs and some mash (no butter or anything added) I wasn't hungry when I fed the others so it was a random bowl of just what I fancied from the fridge!
tomorrow I am on a first aid course; it doesn't start until 9 am so I will have breakfast at home.
breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HeB) with a banana.
lunch: pasta salad (chicken, pasta, pea, sweetcorn, baby plum tomatoes, beetroot, pickled onions and mint sauce) followed by a mullerlight - one of those cheesecake inspired ones so 1syn
snack: apple slices with 1tbsp peanut butter (4syn) I've started weighing the peanut butter rather than use different spoons all the time. will definitely look for PB2 asap I think!
tea: not 100% sure as yet. got 11syns to play with so plenty of options.
HeA milk; taking it with me
body magic: its a first aid course so no doubt loads of practical to keep me busy!************************************

Snack: Cherry Mullerlight, banana, water
T: Egg noodles (3.5 syns) chilli chicken chunks, spinach, broccoli, green beans, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, soy sauce. Pint of NAS Vimto

Good morning everyone,
It must be such a good feeling being a loser!! Congrats Candy and B-e-g. Over 10 stone, that is quite frankly incredible. Do you just get a shiny (but bigger), or do you receive a good conduct medal?
Sorry to say I can't join the loser gang with a STS please Shala. Trying not to be too hard on myself, but if I only knew why!!?? Grrr. I think I'm going to have to cut back a bit on my syns, also, I do feel I've eaten a lot of frozen fruit and yog and it does contain quite a few grapes, and hence natural sugars. I have had 4 Gins at the weekend, which I flexi sinned for, but other then that I can't explain it.
Obviously, I am very sedentary still, compared to my usual gym (not quite) bunny selfso this also must play a part. Even those of you who don't frequent the gym probably would be surprised at the steps you can do in a day, in fact I believe that walking is by far one of the best forms of exercise. I think if you STS or gain and you know the food devil has made you eat all that stuff you know you shouldn't then you get it when you do put on a bit :A. Still onwards and upwards and all that!!!
Tweets - Tug is just one cool hound dog, he is missing his long walks, and strangely it is noticeable that he is a little bit heavier then he should be. He does this really cool begging trick where he sits up on his back legs and does a knitting movement with his front paws....so hard to resist! I will be firmer, because I buy expensive dog food, weigh it and do all the right things and then as soon as I go near his treat cupboard he knows.:o
Hope everyone has a positive week.
While I'm here I'll post my menu.
porridge HEB with water
Milk for tea HEA
HM chicken stew/soup
Chicken, jp and salad.
fruit, ff yog
syns Alpen light

1.5lb loss and I have defected to weight watchers, hope I'm still welcome here. I was so fed up with the meeting format in sw, then last week was the last straw with a STS and a sarky comment when I didn't stay to meeting. Nearly lost the plot as I'd been in A&e most of the day and it was touch and go making the weigh in at all.
New group were lovely and supportive and their no count plan is pretty similar so hope it doesn't derail my losses.0 -
Congratulations Candyapple on SOTW and WOW to BEG - that's a biggie!
Still not feeling too good but have stuck to plan. Today's another Green day:
B - mushroom omelette
L - couscous with salad
D - jacket potato, butternut squash & spinach curry (from freezer); 2 Alpen Light bars (HEB1)
S - Ryvita with butter (HEB2 + 4)
Keeping syns low as went over at weekend and also sucking Strepsils (no idea of syns but sure they have them!).

Awe your Tugs sounds like a pampered boy loved by his mummyjust like my Poppy is a pampered girl loved by her mummy.
Poppy only gets long walks at weekend when I go to mums. I don't trust her when I see other dogs so feel safer going on short walks plus I got a big back garden which when its fine she loves playing out.0
