I always have some tinned peach slices in my cupboard as they are so easy to grab for a snack or to pop in a pud.

I could never eat these as a child as they reminded me of eating goldfish because of the sliminess :rotfl: havent' tried them as an adult, the thought puts me off.

    Hi everyone.

I had an extremely off SW weekend!! We had an away game, which meant leaving early, but also meant lunch out (had a carvery so plenty of veg) but also plenty of drinking.. we won 4-1 though.. came back from football and was straight out dancing in a club.. I didn't eat much but boy did I drink my body weight in booze!!:eek:

Despite all this, I'm amazed to report a loss of -3.5lb which makes up for the 2lb I stuck on last week!! Although probably means this week it'll be a gain (despite being good for the rest of the week).

I'm going on 3 holidays in May & June, so really need to lose some more pounds for that, but save some monetary wise.. I have so many plans in the next three months though, this may prove difficult. But I'll try and keep plodding along.

Getting up this morning to see it's pouring on the lovely south coast, did not make me very happy!!!

Well done to everyone, you lot defo keep me going from reading all the posts/meal ideas.

    Hugs xx

After being joyious about the good weather on Saturday we then went on to have all 4 seasons it one day. Hailstones, sleet and snow followed the sunshine! lol

Completed the first alcohol free weekend of 2016. That's an accomplishment in itself for me. :rotfl:

Re Noodles Sainsburys do lovely Dried Chilli Noodles which are low syns. You'd need to check the syns for them, but they are the ones I have in the cupboards. I'm also a fan of rice noodles.

I'm sorry if I've already asked but I have a memory like a sieve these days.... Newlook plus sizes are they true to size? I am in need of some jeans as I keep walking out of mine, annoying at home but embarrassing at the school gates :o
