Before I drink the whole lot can anyone please let me know if mango zero from tesco is free? Thank you x

I'm guessing it won't be, as it contains mango puree and not just flavourings. Calories are pretty low, but higher than the usual Zero choices. I'd allow half a syn per glass to be safe. Sorry!

First WI today. 1lb heavier than I thought I was. Set myself what I believe is an achievable target yet one that gets me into the range I want to be. So 19lbs to go...

Well done, Lois, Rebster and BelsyBoop.

    Congrats on getting SOTW, candyapple.

Which reminds me, shala, Queen of the Chart, – I didn’t have a WI last week so I’ll claim STS for that. Have we started a new challenge now and I’ve missed it in my skim reading? Anyway. It’s + 0.2lbs for me this week/start of new challenge (Yes, just less than 1/4 lb). Since I succumbed to every treat going last week, I guess I must have done pretty well the previous week.

    Update for today’s munchies:
Lunch: Mug Shot – sweet & sour, so syn free
Snacks: had 2 ginger nuts (5) instead of the planned Quavers; I’ll have 3 mini babybel light for my hexa plus grapes.

    Tuesday

    Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, hexb toast & jam (1 ½ )
Lunch: danger point - out with friend
Dinner: baked potato, beans, mixed salad, ML strawberry yogurt
    Snacks: 2 Galaxy mini eggs (3), at football - mini cheddars (6 ½ )

    Good luck, everyone.

    Evening :)

Thank you for the chart Shala and well done Candyapple for SOTW. :T

As a group, we're nearly half way to our target, having collectively lost over 8 stone. And im nearly half way to my target too.

Greentiger - I think the challenge continues till the end of April.

    Have a good evening.
