That looks fab Gingerfurball! Must go there myself some time. The Pizzas look Good!

I was going to say 'stay away from the pizzas!'. I'd have thought the pizza base was the highest syn thing on the menu. Great that they do the veg spaghetti.

I feel like I'm starting to drink too much so now is a good time to take a break from alcohol for a month and then keep it to sensible amounts in the future :o It just creeps up on you too much drinking, I blame Easter it derailed me!! and now I want wine nearly every night - well tough I'm not getting it!

I almost fell into that trap but I picked up a horrible cold so didn't feel like it last Tuesday which helped me get back on the wagon.:)

Our gammon was lovely for tea (dinner?lunch?) and I've sliced the rest for the freezer. Freezers are quite full now so plenty of good SW choices. I've an off plan meal tomorrow (meeting friends before theatre) and then should be able to stay on track until next Tuesday.

Can I join in? Been going to actually SW class since April 2014,got my 2st but couldn't hold on to it and since Christmas instead of getting nearer to target have been maintaining my Christmas gain weight. I'd like to get my 2st back by my birthday 27th May.

    Hi michmar :hello:

Thanks for the jeans info lantanna. I had hoped to get to Sainsbobs today to have a look but in all honesty I just couldn't be bothered with myself so I will have to make the effort tomorrow. Good luck with those weights

Thanks for the chart shala and congratulations to Rebster our SOTW :T.

Well it's a bit of a backward step for me this week shala :(. Reporting in with a +2lbs grrrrrrrr. Have been within plan everyday so I just don't know what to say. However, I am going out for meal tomorrow and I will not go mad and totally off the rails but if there is something I really fancy then it will be fair game :D.

    Hi again

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Rebster for SOTW :T

GFB - I love the sound of the shrink menu, that really needs to catch on with other restaurants. Enjoy yourself. :D

I went to Sainsbobs this afternoon and bought 2 pairs of trousers, a pair of smart navy blue ones that are too small but I'm hoping they'll fit by the Autumn (if not sooner) and some funky purple patterned palazzo pants which will be great for the summer. Just looked for a picture but they're not on the Tu website.

I'm looking forward to joining SW tomorrow, I really hope it spurs me on to great weight losses.

    Back tomorrow.

Well DH has had his op and we finally got home from the hospital about 8.30pm having left home about 10.15 this morning.

Managed to get some reasonably SW friendly lunch at the hospital as they had a restaurant which did proper meals - had a jacket potato with bolognaise and salad.

Had porridge with grapes & strawbs for breakfast so that I could have a Red, Green, EE or SP day depending on what was available - so definitely an EE day as had LO beef & veg tonight.

Not sure how many syns the bolognaise was but wouldn't have thought it would have been too many. Only other syns for a few squares of dark chocolate this evening (4 syns) so well within syns for the day.

Good luck LL with your WI tomorrow.

Well done Rebster on being this week's SOTW.

Weigh in tonight STS disappointed as I thought I'd been good :( I have been quite hungry this week, think it's new pills. I'll track everything from tomorrow and see where the issue lies I think. Spent most of today in A&E with DH (he is home now) and we had pizza for dinner as he/we deserved a treat.

Cauliflower base for the Pizzas Maman? Would they not be syn free?

Syns for oil used in the base maybe, the mozzarella cheese and then if you pick toppings that have syns. But there are some free ones there. So I don't think they would actually be that bad.

Did my weights last night and had a full day on track :A

Nearly had to send for help to get my bra on this morning though :rotfl:

Was reading in the mag last night about the girl who lost 11 stone in a year ( I think) and she was saying that when she had a gain she was upset but realised she had gotten quite slack with weighing out Healthy Extras and syn portions etc.

And she went back to weighing everything out and writing it down and had a big loss the next week.

I think you've done so well and are not far off target etc so a 2lb gain is really nothing and it could be water weight, fluctuations, anything really so don't get down about it, just keep doing what your doing.
