    Another red day for me...

Breakfast - Weetabix with fruit and coffee (A1/B1)
Lunch - Last of the goulash soup (red recipe)
Dinner - Salmon, butternut squash and green beans
Snacks - Apple, Hifi bars (B2)

I have a job interview this afternoon  so A2 might be a cheeky latte as they're around the corner from a fab little coffee shop. Maybe some syns there too. :o

Congratulations on the weight loss! It is a shame that the fruit isn't top quality. Sometimes, in my group, the SOTW is lucky to get anything as slimmers forget to bring fruit in.

    Well done, great loss!

The SOTW basket at my group is usually pretty good. Although I'm always secretly relieved when I don't get it as it's usually full of apples and pears that I don't eat and will be rotten by the time DD gets through it all!

The SOTW basket at our group is usually pretty big but at this time of year tends to be full of easy peelers & big oranges! More often than not the SOTW doesn't stay and ends up as an extra raffle prize.

June - what Red recipe do you use for the goulash? I do a Green day one with mixed beans but would be nice to have a Red day version as well.

Didn't weigh again this week, planning on leaving it another couple of weeks and hope I'm still in target range.

Well done to all the losers.

    Having an EE day today:

B - didn't have anything as forgot to take my usual fruit
    L - tuna mayo & cucumber sandwich (HEB + 3)
D - roast beef in HM onion gravy, mash, brussels & peas

HEA will be milk as usual.

    No other syns currently planned.

Interview done. No cheeky latte in the end, just came straight home. Bit hungry though, so might try some of that lactofree cheese for A2.

GT - Dechox treat today was some mini jammy dodgers but I forgot how tiny they were! Not sure they're worth 4.5 syns, would rather have mini party rings for an extra syn as they feel like a decent portion.

Do we go to the same group MH? :rotfl: Ours always looks like whatever was left at the end of the week. And we have around 50 members but there's never more than about 8 pieces of fruit in there. Give me the certificate any day!

It's from the 50 Original recipes book. It looks really similar to this one but with beef instead of sausages and carrots instead of potatoes. DH was complaining the whole time saying "this is NOT goulash" which is why I've been using it up for lunch all week!

Hello all, didn't post yesterday but was on plan apart from a small slice of birthday cake - only six syns otherwise so I think I remained virtuous.

    Today:
    B - Mullerlight, Alpen Light (B), 2 apples
D - Ham salad with mixed leaves, cucumber, cherry toms, beetroot, sweetcorn, fat free cottage cheese.
T - Cottage pie (1 Syn for Aunt Bessie's carrot and swede mash), fine beans and brocolli.
Drinks and snacks - Coffee (A,3), tea (A), Alpen Light (B), hot choc (2)
    TOTAL SYNS: 6

WI tomorrow so I think I'm going to get into bed with my book before I want to eat anything else!

    PS- Greentiger - Deffo aliens!

PPS- I've just seen baked oats on Instagram and want to try them! Can they be eaten cold or would that be grim? Might have to be a weekend thing for me...

My DH and DS quite often say 'don't call something it quite clearly isn't' when referring to some of the SW recipes June. They aren't saying they don't like them :D. Hope the interview went well for you.

Well done to all our lovely losers :T.

Your comment on your SOTW basket Mary made me laugh. Ours isn't normally too bad - maybe a rogue item now and again ;). Like some other classes, if the winner of the basket hasn't stayed it is raffled as an extra prize.

We have a taster session coming up next week so trying to think of something to take along this time.
