Princesskitty29 congratulations on your wonderful news sorry your suffering with hg again though. Xmas with morning sickness sucks so you have my sympathies. Take it easy and enjoy the moments you can it might not be xmas you'd planned but wiggle will still have a great time.
3forholidays def happy for you to continue I do like wish it could be christmas everyday but I'm sure there will be plenty of suggestions
the holidays are coming - works well all year
have yourself a very merry christmas
Fran mine break up on the 16th too its pretty early this year as its usually a few days before but does give us more time to do family stuff before xmas which will be nice
peppa enjoy your time with dgd
Freespirit the tree is ok no major damage. I have managed to straighten it abit so it just leans slightly to one side now
ChrissyG poor dd fingers crossed the meds will help quickly and she's feeling better soon
GTQ fingers crossed your visitors have left and you can go away without worrying about it. They are a real pain and can be very hard to evict without resorting to drastic measures.
Dropped off a load of presents today so I finally have some space back.this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk0 -
Good Morning, can't sleep again, groan.I am not one who can get by without sleep.
PK,marvellous news,congratulations.xxx
Peppa,thank you for my card.xxx
Went to the carol concert last night in a cave, then back to ours for Indian takeaway. Most festive.
The plan was to clean the windows and downstairs then put decorations up today.I don't cope well without sleep so we will see.Family coming for lunch so need to put my energy into that first.
School here finishes on the 16th,so also need to start some wrapping so the grotto can be all closed up before DD2 is at home all day.
It's all like a military exercise A depends on B being done which depends on C etc etc.We are very pleased with the decorator. He is a nice chap.he gave us a box of shortbread when he left.Feel guilty now for not appreciating his whistling.haha

Quick q. I know it's early and shops aren't open till later, but has anyone seen the re-usable Christmas bags in any supermarkets?. The grocery bags I mean, sold close to the checkouts, more expensive than the bags for life, I bought some last year in Tesco for £1-ish. This year they don't seem to have any, apart from some hessian ones which at £3 each are too expensive. I've also tried Asda which didn't have any. Unsure if I've just left it too late and they've sold out or they haven't done them this year. I transfer all my presents into these bags per family/household, so I just have my own household presents in my cupboard. I use obviously Christmassy bags to store, otherwise I get people moving them as 'they didn't know what they were' Grrrr

I've finished my Christmas shopping - now got to get wrapping and delivering! :santa2:A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.
