Well done on your swimming and run time :Tfuzzyduck22 wrote: »What exercises will you be doing? I like a bit of HIIT myself
And what music do you like to listen to in the gym?
Ye, I've got the "simple" sensitive skin face wash and moisturiser, the cream from the docs makes my skin so dry thoughnearly out of the face wash, so may try the clean and clear next. I know it's totally hormonal though, and it could be fixed so quickly by going back on the pill, but just not allowed
And thanksvery proud of my run especially! Meant to be going swimming now, but it's snowing! actual snow, not sleet or rain
it's not laying though, too wet as it's rained all morning. Plus I have a ridiculous amount of work to do today. So will do insanity tonight instead
I like a bit of HIIT too every now and then
It's good for the days I don't want to go outside, like today with with snow!
I have a very eclectic selection of music on my workout playlist ... Queen, Alanis Morrisette, Foo Fighters, some good old 80's cheese. Got Amazon music now with Prime, so downloading different playlists each day0 -

I take hydrolised collagen everyday and have done for years! My skin is in really nice condition from taking it. I do moisturise daily as well but before taking the collagen i would get dry feeling skin on my face all the time and that soon stopped after taking it. I do recommend it but its quite expensive at 25 quid every 30 days

Hi ya girls, how are you today ?
Ive just sold my Ipod on Ebay, I wasn't really using and I know I won't be re joining the gym, cant pay the membership. I've bought the Davina 15min work out off Amazon and the charlotte crosby's dvd too.
My daughter will joint the nursery hopefully by tuesday so I will have some time to go for a daily run. I might get a cheap mp3, who knows.
Ohh I have an extra reason to get in shape asap... in December 2016 I am going to Mexico for a few weeks to see some friends I haven't see for the last 10 years- One of them owns a hotel and invited me to stay free of charge and most of my friends are from diferent cities in Mexico so is highly likely we will end up going around Mexico visiting different cities, how cool is that ? I have invited my best friend who lives in Spain to come along.
I will also take the opportunity to take my daughters to Disney in California. I am really excited and must work really hard, I am so tired and fed up of feeling fat.
Have a lovely weekend.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -

Hi Everyone
Pleased to say my size 12 clothes are fitting me again! I think I was beginning to struggle to get into a 14 so glad I have reined it in. Next goal is to get back into my size 10s!
I've found a good deal to get my hair done so hopefully will be at the hairdressers before the end of the month.

Hi fuzzyduck, Yes I have done the charlotte's one. I actually bought it because it has excellent reviews, I have never watched her show and had no clue who she is/was. It is good.
Well done for fitting back into your size 12's jeans. I got rid of 3/4 of my wardrobe yesterday; I hate clutter and most of them did not fit me right, either too big or too small., I know i wont fit or I want to fit in a size 6 anymore lol...
Are you getting your hair done as in highlights ? or having a hair cut ? I should really go to the hairdressers; everytime i want to go it is during that time of the month and I just want to go to cut it off despite that I am trying really hard to make it grow....
Oh my lovely skin... it is combo, terribly sensitive and I am walking around with 4 massive spots all over my face( chin, cheeks and forehead, no way of hiding this) plus a scratch in my cheeks... sad days, I hate this hormonal acne.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
Hi all!
Well, it's been a bad week for me, had the doctors last Monday, so did get to do much exercise last week, then on Thursday/Friday, I got gastritis, so not eaten since Friday lunchtime until yesterday really, couple of slices of toast in 3 daysso obviously no exercise. Off work yesterday, working from home today (in my pjs
). Feeling a bit better today, but not enough to do any exercise, still no energy. I guess the upside is, I've lost a few more pounds, but definitely not the way I wanted to. And now the medication for the gastritis is making me feel a bit sick, so still not eating much. Really want to go swimming! Feel so bad I've not been doing anything, back on track soon hopefully!
Hope everyone has had a better weekend than me!!!!0 -
Well done fuzzy duck :money:
I'll be starting dance again in 3 weeks. My dance partner was out with an injury and as dance is my main form of exercise, i put not doing it down to my body fat gain. 16.7% is not even bad, but i guess writing down previously a lesser percentage made me realise how quick you can gain it
I've always been pretty lean but now i'm getting old and in my last full year of my 20's i need to keep an eye on this stuff to keep my body at optimum performance! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
