  • Good morning everyone :)

Happy to report I am still eating well AND enjoying it. I've gone to work the past few days without makeup to see if it helps my skin. Luckily I haven't scared anyone ( I hope).

Anyone know any good youtube videos for hair/makeup? Anytime I do a search they results are always annoying young pretty things who already look immaculate?

I'm already a stunner :D but i weighed myself today and the christmas period has given me a gain. My body fat now is at 16.7% there is only half a pound weight gain so i'm going to have to do some intense workouts for a couple of weeks to get my body fat percentage back to around 15%. The only problem i'm having is i cant really be asked to go to the gym!

    Hi Fuzzy Duck and friends.

Just thought I drop by and say hello and give a bit of moral support. You are all doing very well. Especially nice to hear from a man.......even More so reading about his success. We don't get any male posters on Frump to Fab....perhaps they all lurk.....

Anyway I'm still fabbing away and back to the healthy eating. Back to my pre holiday weight.......just got to shift the next two stones by May.

Keep up the good work. The world will soon be full of fab-u-Lous females and sizzling stunners.......

Get me with the alliteration. :rotfl:

I could do with some face help, got horrendous acne after coming off my pill (migraines :(), just can't get on top of it :( Went on the pill at 18 to get rid of the acne, now at 31, I look like a spotty teenager again! One of my son's friends at nursery asked my why I had chicken pox yesterday! Serves me right for going swimming at lunch and now being bothered to put on any make up afterwards!

Had a good few days, although did nothing on Monday, was at docs for small procedure so sat on my bum watching Jezza in my dressing gown all afternoon! Yesterday went swimming at lunch 46 lengths, 23 minutes so definitely on track for 5km in 2 hours in March :) And today, just been for a run, managed 5km without stopping or walking, 34 minutes 56 seconds :) would be easier to say 35 minutes, but those 4 seconds are very important!

Plan for the rest of the week is swimming tomorrow lunch (have to go at lunch to motivate the rest of the swimathon people!), then run at lunch on Friday and a swim in the 50m on the evening :) might try to get past the 2.5km mark, maybe 3km this week, only 10 extra lengths of the big pool! Hopefully my new waterproof mp3 will arrive before then, the one I have now squeezes my head too much after the length of time I spend in the pool! Think I will turn into a fish soon!

Hope everyone is having a good week! Closer to the end than the beginning now :)

I had bad acne for years, not so bad now but I do get breakouts and have blotchy skin. I found of all things the clean and clear lotion worked best for me (think its johnson and johnson). It's sold with the teenagery products :o.

Well done on your swimming and run time :T

And what music do you like to listen to in the gym?

I do strength and flex workouts with a bit of cardio either on the treadmill or rowing machine depending on how i'm feeling. It was the treadmill tonight :)

When i'm exercising i like fast paced music mainly dance, trance and a bit of house mixed in to keep it fresh  what do you listen to?
