Is anyone having a problem with TCB because I am

13th Jan clicked through to a pet insurance, never visited before, cashback £12.50.........no cashback, opened a ticket and was told this

"Every time that you visit a merchant via our links, whilst signed into your Top CashBack account, a ‘click record’ is created, whether you go on to make a transaction or not.

Unfortunately in this instance we have no records of you having visited Animal Friends Pet Insurance on the 13/01/16. Without this information we are unable to assist you with a Missing Cashback claim as the merchant requires this reference to be attached to the claim and the system will not allow you to lodge a claim without it."

I have proof that I bought it but how can you prove you clicked through :mad::mad:

18th Jan bought clothes cashback 8.4% not showing

Today bought handbag cashback 6.3% not showing :D (another of those essential work items)

Getting a little fed up with it to be honest...........any ideas

LOL, best of luck getting the cash back organised. For items that you've ordered with free delivery/returns - I'd be tempted to buy again and return them. Teach them a lesson!! (making sure you get your cash back this time around)

Ooh! Thats a good buy - got no advice on TCB I'm afraid, haven't used them for years - even the insurance stuff, I don't use them for that, because I stick with one insurer for the advantages of insuring me while clients visit my house, there's not many do that. When I retire, though, I'll be doing that.

One thing you can do is take screen prints ... if I want a record of something, I take a series of screen prints, stick each one into an Open Office text document, and export it to become a pdf.

I complained because 3 haven't tracked and one tracked this morning, the satchel and they asked if I went via their topcashback comparison so getting there.

The satchel is for holiday lolol I went for the clip lock bag in turquoise I thought it would be durable carrying all those doggie bits and water and maps lolol well that my excuse anyway xx

    Well Monday morning :(:(:(

Feel a bit cr*p today, bad head. Weekend was productive with steak pies made, cakes made but not a lot else :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have just been trying to get together a summary of the month in money terms and not sure how I have managed it but it would appear I have overspent by about £300 (£287 of which is unknown :eek::eek:) but I have savings surplus of £735.60

Food is looking better but still high  at £323

Oh and my dryer is faulty.............had it about 5 years and it's part of a h*tpoint recall :D:D

I usually find Mondays to be rather pap.. missing money can be a problem, hopefully you can track it down soon! Your food spends are better than mine, so it could be worse... (Mind you, we have two DS's, 1 of which eats like a small horse).
Hurrah for the dryer being part of a recall, replacement avoided!
