@OP - could to photo/scan a copy of the Equita letter (front and back if appropriate), host it on Photobucket or Tinypic, redact any personal detail and copy link here - change it to a dead link by changing http to hxxp and regulars will convert.
I'll ask one of my older kids to do it when they get in, I'm not that tech savvy lol0 -

umm , so the same company as PE raising the price to £185 , the JPG above shows they are both owned by crapita ,
the DVLA set the max rate at £100 (apart from exceptional situations) and a judge ruled £85 was OK , seems that PE are desk pushing and doing a MiahSave a Rachael

A couple of years ago we had two PCN's from Parking Eye and we ignored them as that was the advice then, I wonder if this is them trying to enforce them now?0
