  • Evening folks

Haven't been around as i have been busy, plus when i went in to work last Thursday my laptop configured itself with the school network, and wouldn't recognise the wireless network at home, so i have been without connection unitl DH fixed the home computer for me. solway lovely of you to notice me missing.

Will do a quick update before going to the new thread, and then packing in for the night.

    friday:
    • hoovered downstairs
    • dropped charlie at nursery
    • took some more stuff into work from our spare room, and got DH to carry it upstairs for me and showed him my new classroom
    • went to cinema to see Shrek
    • had lunch out at TGI Fridays
    • had our outside wall built
    • got money to pay for it
    • got advantage points backdated before they ran out
    • got another Childrens encyclopedia as a xmas pressie for my nephew
    • filled in and posted off a child trust fund application, so at least that got done
saturday: suffered from insomnia for a bit, so got up at 3:30am and
    • cleaned kitchen sink/draining board and plastic
    • caught up on internet surveys on DH's laptop, and would have caught up here too but then Charlie woke up
    • took charlie to a farm, with my DH, sister and nephew
    • read some of my book
    • DH fixed computer
    sunday:
    • stripped our bed, hoovered mattress, washed bedding - still need more bedding on
    • hoovered throughout all of upstairs
    • dusted in my bedroom
    • washed my hair
    • planned all my lessons for next week - made some resources, and wrote a list of all the questions i could think of for tomorrow
    • DH fixed the pantry light, and the kitchen door which had worked loose
    • finished shredding the whole pile of stuff i brought from work
    • packed charlie's nursery bag already
    • went to morrisons this morning to get a few bits, and had breakie in the cafe.
still got a few bits to do tonight
    • pack my bag for work
    • make up charlie's bottles for tomorrow
    • remake our bed
    • get clothes out for both of us in the morning
    • grate some cheese for my pack up
and then a bit of naff telly and an early night i think, although i am not expecting much quality sleep. I am always awful the night before term starts and have bad dreams where kids are really awful to me. I don't expect tonight to be any different
