    Solway.. I need a scraper out of the shed or I'd love to join you in a stripping session.. Sadly, I can't go in the shed as it is full of spidsters and they are uuuugly!!!! Maybe some other time! lol

    I've got another cuppa and just deciding what I should do first.. sorting ebay stuff is so boring!!

    I've been banished from my ironing board!!

    As i was setting it up, my DD3 (aged 9) said: "can I do that? that looks like fun!"
    (little does she know huh?)

    So she's standing there ironing T-shirts for me! I told her to leave the difficult things for me.. but she's quite happy to do the T-shirts!

    ooooh Becca you lucky thing!!!! I used to do my grans ironing.. she would giv eme 50p for doing a HUGE basket full which had me there for sometimes 2 hours.. now I have to force myself to do 6 shirts!!!.. mind you.. noone is paying me now!!!

    She sounds a little gem that one.. vacuuming and ironing.. what a cherub!!

    Little squirt is sitting on the floor playing, happy as anything. I went into the attic and pulled out a big box of toys that I had stored there a few months ago. So to her it's all NEW!! She's loving it.

    I'm away to put some of this washing away upstairs now. Washing machine is on with whites now.. dryer is going.. busy busy..

    my brood and hubby are home so my peace is shattered but I have a cuppa I didn't have to make!!

    The pattern pieces for DD4's school pinafores are traced.. just need to cut them all out, tidy the front room and fix my overlocker!!. I'll need to get the iron out for the interfacing so I'll do those 6 shirts then.

    Ebay gibble I'll make hubby drag out so I can sort though it in the tidied front room... and he can help the children tidy the front room when he has finished eating... now that's a plan!!!.. oh.. DD5 can sleep while the others tidy too so she is n't trashing as fast as they fling!

    Afternoon all

    Nice pics - I am not good with technology so can't do any of the grotbags.

    Cut the grass and emptied the paddling pool just off to clean it now.

    Hope to pop up the lottie on mass as my tool storage box is leaking so OH has brought some roofing felt to go on it - I was going to go tomorrow so it will be good to get it done today.

    Roast chicken and apple crumble later and can now do sweetcorn for DS3 who will not eat tatties as I can pick some whilst up there.

    My little grotbags who has made the toothfairy bankrupt! These are the ones that have fallen out in the space of 2 weeks! Please excuse the state of the hair - she hadn't had it brushed at that point!

    Just got back from pew selling and what a productive afternoon! The ebay winner took 6 and a cupboard and whilst they were loading up someone from across the road bought one, grumbled about the price him - 'but I'm a church person' me - 'that's the price mate, take it or leave it' him- 'grumble grumble' and then his wife handed over the £££ :D Wouldn't mind but never seen him at church and he reckoned he was the church warden, never seen him before or at any church services/socials. Since this one was closed I think only one of the congregation has moved down to the main parish church with the others not going anywhere.
