Thanks. I think £10,000 is a bit ambitious for me to be honest. With what I earn even after just essential bills I don't have £1,000 left per month. (Although somehow I have saved over £1,000 3 months this year so far :shocked: )

I might raise my target to £9,000 though so I still have something to aim for.

Reporting £586.47 for August - decent enough. Just paid my car insurance though so September will be lower.

Declaring £447.71 for August. Still over all on target, but need to keep it up because we're moving house (fingers crossed) and savings are being redirected elsewhere at the moment

Hi all, no. 11 here, my total savings for August come to £1,292.61, bringing my total for the year so far to £16,172.63.

I've totally lost track of where I am on the savings for this year, mainly due to falling off the wagon from spending.

So I will start logging again as of next month/pay day.

I don't have my house fund, so expect some strict saving from now on. :cool:
