Bumper month! Thanks to some overtime at work had a bit more money and have been trying harder to squirrel money away with my new P2P account!

    Declaring £860 for November,

    TSB - £207
    HTB ISA - £200
    Sharesave - £223
    Saving Stream P2P - £230

    Submitting to spreadsheet now. :D

This will take me £10,000 for the year, will see if I can somehow save a miraculous £2,000 in December to reach the £12k target. Fat chance of that with X-Mas! :rotfl:

    HTB ISA - £200
    Sharesave - £223
    SS P2P - £7.85

£430.85 in total for December! Which takes my total up to £10,358.81/£12,000 (86%).

Congratulations to everyone, happy new year and see you all in the 2017 thread! :T

A good last month of betting has meant I surpassed my target by £300, was expecting it to be hit & miss whether I'd reach it
    Mortgage (Nov 15): £79,950 | Mortgage (May 19): £71,754 | Mortgage (Sep 22): £0
    Cashback sites: £900 | £30k in 2016: £30,300 (101%)
  • A good month for me this month with saving of 1,323.54 after a couple of regular savers matured in December. So after spending 2,500 out of my savings for a deposit on a car lease in September and having to reduce my target from 9k to 8k, my final total for 2016 is 8,215.91. Was hoping for a divi payment today but as its the weekend i doubt very much whether it will be in this year so declaring my total now. Well done to everyone whether they saved there target or not and roll on 2017:j:j

    Hi all,
I have done my final tot up for the year. I am up £3887 from December 2015. I had saved more throughout the year, but our five week trip to New Zealand made a big dent in it. All in all I am happy with the total and glad that I ended the year with a positive amount.
Thank you SF for running this thread.
    Happy new year.

My final post for this thread - I just made my target, getting to £4,083 (skin of my teeth!) But I actually took a hit for something I intended to use other savings for, so I'm happy about that.

Now to tighten the belt for 2017!!!
  • Final total of £5031.56. I made it!

    I've submitted my December total

(It's actually my July-December total as I think must have forgotten to submit the last six times - has it really been that long?! - gone quickly)

Overall managed 119.57% of my original total, 92.99% of my stretch goal. Very happy with how it went.

Well done to everyone who took part in the 2016 challenge, thanks to slowlyfading for running it as always :)

See you for the 2017 challenge!
